- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 49 reviewsThis place is a piece of paradise, a place on a remote motu where you arrive with a boat, just to enjoy nature and privacy brought to perfection. The place is designed in the most beautiful way, with little details at every corner, with paintings, old vases and statues. The amount of relaxation you receive in this place is incredible. The host is very friendly and helpful, contributing to the best experience in terms of hospitality. You basically have your own private island and your own private beach with all the comfort of a high end hotel. While some people might be a little concerned with mosquitos, please note that a reasonable quality repeller will solve this for you. We tried the very best in Bora Bora, including the high end resorts with water bungalows. I can say that without our experience at Fare Ahuna, our trip to Bora Bora would have been so much less complete. Thank you Tea for everything that you built there, and with a humble salute, I thank you for allowing us to experience this glimpse of paradise.Guest review byRaduRomania
- From US$294.82 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 415 reviewsThe place is amazing, I booked the beachfront bungalow, the hotel's private beach. A wonderful view. We were very well received by the hotel host, who picked us up at the airport. The hotel has bikes for rent and lots of information about sightseeing. The beachfront bungalow has a well-equipped mini kitchen. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel, the beach is 2 minutes away, it has been considered one of the most beautiful in the world. I liked everything and I definitely recommend it and will be back.Guest review byAdrianaUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 72 reviewsThis is a very special place. I doubt there is one like it anywhere else. The garden setting, with sculptures and water fountains is amazing. The room - spacious, very well appointed and with exceptional art and other features - was wonderful. Nir is a fantastic host, who picked us up at our previous lodging and dropped us off at the ferry when we left. The free bicycles were great for getting to/from the beach and lunch.Guest review byAndrewUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 2,017 reviewsThe hotel was amazing from start to finish! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was promptly ready and super clean and organised. We enjoyed the "Asiette Bora Bora" for dinner which was amazing!! One of the best seafood dishes we've ever had! The beach is beautiful and snorkeling equipment is free, so is the pool table!! The breakfast was generous with a lot of options!! 100% worth it!!Guest review byJennyIndonesia
- From US$286.49 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 823 reviewsNice place with a very friendly host. We got a very nice bungalow, which had enough space inside and a place outside to sit. The communication with the host was super. There is a nice pool at the location. You can also do snorkling in the sea. It had everything we needed. Everything was perfect! I would like to come back one day again.Guest review byJOANNAPoland

Bora Bora is a slice of paradise.
Bora Bora is a slice of paradise. We rented a scooter for a day and saw the whole island. What was best was Rudolph at H2O was an amazing tour guide. Well worth the money. The waters are amazing colours and warm. Temperature perfect. People were nice and friendly. Had some great meals.Guest review byDorisNew Zealand - 10.0
Our favourite place was on the lagoon.
Our favourite place was on the lagoon. We hired a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water, one of the best experiences was snorkelling, swimming and relaxing. It was great. Lots of different fish, coral gardens and many sea life. Water was crystal clear and vibrantly blues and greens. Views were endless. Swam at Matira Beach. Wish I could go back there. Restaurants were good and plentiful - we ate at Lucky House and Maitai Restaurants.Guest review byTracyAustralia - 10.0
Going to Matira Beach is a must.
Going to Matira Beach is a must. Have a drink or sunset at the Bora Bora Beach Club that's right on the beach. Go on a boat tour to a Motu (an islet) and snorkeling (ask for DiDi the boat captain).Guest review bychristianUnited States
