The breakfasts are a bit one-variety, but good. The restaurant cooks in good quality.

I have no words to describe our stay at Rohotu Fare. It is without a doubt my most favourite accomodation I have ever stayed in and I would come back to Bora Bora simply for how I felt when staying here.
I don’t know where to start - the walk through the jungle to your room, the room itself is fit for royalty, the view, the special touches and care that has gone into every detail such as the art, furnishings, mosquito coils put on every day etc, and don’t forget the magical BATHROOM!!!!! Nir and his wife are truly incredible hosts - so kind, accomodating and caring - I have never felt so welcome.
We made very good use of the bicycles to cycle the entire island (I am 5 months pregnant and still made it - absolute highlight) and to dinner most evening. There is lots of food places around but difficult to know if they will be open that evening or not. If you want to book in advance and have concrete plans, Nir will help make bookings for you. But we loved going to the fly and most enjoyed eating at local food trucks. We also highly recommend hiring a boat and the full day snorkelling - you just can’t see the island in full any other way.
People told me to not expect too much from Bora Bora and I can tell you I was blown away, it is now one of my favourite places in the world. This accomodation is in large part a reason for that - it makes it feel local, central and routed in the island. It’s luxury without the massive $$$$ and it’s so accessible to all activities on the island.

This place is a piece of paradise, a place on a remote motu where you arrive with a boat, just to enjoy nature and privacy brought to perfection. The place is designed in the most beautiful way, with little details at every corner, with paintings, old vases and statues. The amount of relaxation you receive in this place is incredible. The host is very friendly and helpful, contributing to the best experience in terms of hospitality. You basically have your own private island and your own private beach with all the comfort of a high end hotel.
While some people might be a little concerned with mosquitos, please note that a reasonable quality repeller will solve this for you.
We tried the very best in Bora Bora, including the high end resorts with water bungalows. I can say that without our experience at Fare Ahuna, our trip to Bora Bora would have been so much less complete. Thank you Tea for everything that you built there, and with a humble salute, I thank you for allowing us to experience this glimpse of paradise.

This really is a lovely getaway - spacious, well equipped cosy bungalow finished to a high standard, very clean with big comfy bed and nice furnishings. It’s a cute building and very homely inside. The private deck overlooking the water is just amazing in the evening- beautiful sunsets, lovely for coffee in the morning. Hosts could not be more helpful, great communications, able to assist with transport and bookings, even helped us from the airport when we missed the ferry! (Oops!) Really hope we can return one day..

We loved everything. The location is superb. It’s right next to the second office of Avis from whom we rented a scooter so it was easy to recharge its battery. Also, the beach that the bungalows have access is fabulous. We snorkelled on our own and saw numerous fish, eagle rays, sharks and turtles. Also, the staff are outstandingly friendly, helpful and kind, all of them. They gave us all necessary info and tips and advice. I’d stay here again any time.

You have everything what you need! Bed, kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful view over the bay! It's located close to the supermarket and the ferry to the airport. Dolores picked me up and was really nice! It's not by the sea but I didn't mind because I could rent a bike next door and go wherever I liked!

All the staff from Tom to the owner were extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. Our bungalow over the water was perfect, and the bed and pillows were so comfy. Breakfast was magnificent. This is the place to be in Bora Bora. If we could rate it higher than a 10 we would.

Bora Bora is a slice of paradise. We rented a scooter for a day and saw the whole island. What was best was Rudolph at H2O was an amazing tour guide. Well worth the money. The waters are amazing colours and warm. Temperature perfect. People were nice and friendly. Had some great meals.

Our favourite place was on the lagoon. We hired a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water, one of the best experiences was snorkelling, swimming and relaxing. It was great. Lots of different fish, coral gardens and many sea life. Water was crystal clear and vibrantly blues and greens. Views were endless. Swam at Matira Beach. Wish I could go back there. Restaurants were good and plentiful - we ate at Lucky House and Maitai Restaurants.

Going to Matira Beach is a must. Have a drink or sunset at the Bora Bora Beach Club that's right on the beach. Go on a boat tour to a Motu (an islet) and snorkeling (ask for DiDi the boat captain).
