HungaryEVERYTHING :) It is a bit on the expensive side, but still far from OWB prices. And basically you get one of the most wonderful beaches and snorkel-spots you can imagine. Rooms are tidy, wonderful, and it indeed feels like a Garden of Eden, or a Village. We walked by foot from the ferry - 2 minutes walk on the shore. Shops, foodtrucks nearby - the restaurant is second-to-none. Stuff are not just friendly, but incredibly funny, in a good way. We celebrated my birthday night here - I will never ever forget it :)

SpainBest hostel experience I ever had! The hostel itself is basic but has everything you need. The location is incredible; it’s in a small village by the lagoon and there is a stunning 1 hour walk to a perfect deserted beach. Natalie who runs the hostel is a legend, she makes every new arrival feel like family and her energy is infectious. I loved our dance class and traditional French Polynesian group meal. I’ll always remember my Alaroots stay!

- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 369 reviewsthe best fare we stayed in our vacation. the owner went to pick us up at the airport and on the way to the house, showed us all the places (pharmacy, ATM, nice restaurants). we were received with the BEST lemonade of my life (no joke!). you have to go there and try yourself. the place was extremely clean, the kitchen have everything you need, Wi-Fi 10/10. we regretted we did not stay more days in Huahine; such an amazing place and the Fare Ara made everything perfect. I am missing the homemade banana jam that they offer for breakfast and the nice people from this place <3 the place is located close to the city center (1km) and one of the restaurants in the city (with nice happy hour drinks!) offers free transfer at night!Guest review byKarinaNetherlands

An extremely balanced mix of authentic touch with modern amenities. You have to be well aware that coming to Huahine means embracing the nature and the local vibe. Franck has been extremely lovely and helpful with everything we needed. Fare is the biggest town on the island but is very small.

Great stay at Vetea place, friendly host living around in another house with his family, house is comfy despite being a bit dark inside, local style, kitchen ok, showers ok, moskito net and fans, big terrace and place around.
