Do not be deceive by the road you will encounter going to this hotel because beneath that facade is a lovely and homey place you will experience. From the moment you enter the hotel you will be greeted by the front desk on duty who's willing to help and assist anything you need. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant and memorable. Thank you for the surprise happy bday greeting! And for allowing us to spend more time in the pool till 10pm. Pool is superb by the way!!!) The room and bathroom was spacious clean and comfortable. This hotel might not be a beach front but it is very near to d mall and astoria where all activities' meet up will start. All in All This is 5 star hotel for me in a low cost.

The staff were warm, friendly and accomodating. The hotel was near everything, not a beachfront property but just a few minutes walk to Dmall, Bulabog, Stations 1, 2, 3. Bfast was delicious, a variety of choices offered. The beds were very comfortable. We had tvs in each of our rooms and the living room area.

    THANK YOU to the Coast staff for making our stay memorable and amazing! From the moment we arrived at the airport, the transport was seamless and super efficient and all the staff were so friendly. The room was cozy and we loved the beachfront where the staff would prepare the mats for you and make sure you're having a good time. It was my partner's birthday and I requested for a birthday set-up which was done beautifully, thank you Coast staff for accommodating to my multiple requests (especially to keep it secret, haha) and for the cake too ♡ Without me informing anyone, the Coast staff even kept track and we were surprised with a mini birthday celebration during breakfast on the day of his birthday which was so heartwarming! It made me so so so happy to see him smile and I can only say a big thank you to every single Coast staff for such wonderful service and for the thoughtfulness throughout! Thank you and we'll definitely be back sometime in the future ☺

    My family and I would like to extend our deepest appreciation to all the hotel staff. We were always greeted with a smile. From the front desk staff who were always patient despite the large volume of guests checking in and out at the same time and making random requests. Thank you to the gentleman who helped us carry our heavy luggages to our rooms, and to our pickup vehicle when we were leaving Bora. The staff from the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping were always courteous and accommodating. We were traveling with three senior citizens and the staff assisted them like family. There is no single thing we did not like about the staff. They were amazing. I also liked that they lend beach towels free-of-charge and the regular live music at the bar. I love their brewed coffee too!

    Fantastic service provided by the staff at Hennan Prime. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, as well as the poolside massage, and our room with pool access. Staff are always also very courteous. It was truly a great and relaxing experience, special shoutout to Jul who made the check in process so easy and smooth for us. Check in time was 3:00pm but he managed to get our room ready earlier as we were traveling with young children who were getting restless and tired. Thank you!

    EVERYTHING! The private beach was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was HUGE!!! I enjoyed the ride every time we had to go outside and it was free. Food was great as well. The staff were so friendly. The different pools, bars and restaurants made us think twice tp even leave the hotel premises. It already had everything. I had the best vacay with my girlfriends thanks to Fairways.

    Kalibo is a cute little town on a mid sized island.

    Kalibo is a cute little town on a mid sized island. People are very friendly and helpful. Visit the large Church on Central Square. Try a visit to New Washington and the local memorial for Bishop Sin, who was instrumental in avoiding bloodshed during the 1986 revolution that austed the then ruling Dictator Ferdinand Marcos. That place features an ancient Port and several fish restaurants with great variety of sea food. You can probably hire the local fishermen for a boat ride.

    Caticlan is a small community mostly used for by travelers to ferry between the mainland and Boracay. If you so happen to stay longer then there are tours into the hills. At the Port there is a bank, 7/11, pharmacy and many other stores. Also a high volume of security personnel. Very safe place. To get around you can walk like I did or take a trike for virtually no cost. (There is a cost obviously).

    Nice beaches and i will really miss the wonderful pizza from 'Ari Italiana Cucina' at D Mall. I did not like being constantly approched and offered massages. Also, it was diffivult to browse the stalls at D Mall because the vendors all want me to buy from their stalls. This did cause me to sometimes move on without having a proper look around.

    I flew into Kalibo to visit Boracay.

    I flew into Kalibo to visit Boracay. That was a huge mistake. It is a long bus ride on terrible roads to get to Caticlan. The bus had no suspension to speak of. One of the bumps was so bad I was thrown into the air and injured my back. If you are visiting Boracay, make sure your plane lands in Caticlan.

    Depends on what you want to do in Boracay. If you want to party and enjoy the crowded beach, go to the main Stations. If you want to enjoy privacy and tranquility with less to no crowd, then go to New Coast.
