Owner is very nice person always helpfull. Room is New and comfortable . He has also restaurant with good food. Also he arrange taxi to the AirPort. Se left room early morning so he made our breakfast to go. It was very delicuous . Highly recommend this accommodation

We were satisfied with everything. We had there the Christmas evening and our honeymoon. The stuff was more than kindly and nice! They made our holiday more nice. The hotel is located in the area, where live the locals, so was interesting see the typical life. The area was safe, and people were happy and smiled at us. The beach, where the hotel is located, is calm, so perfect for chill or try some watersports, but is not for swimming. If you want to have a tourist area like DMall or the nice White sand beach, you can grab a tuk-tuk or walk. The massage, food in restaurants, or transfers was little bit more expensive, like if you eat, for example, in the DMall, or in the city... but I think this is normal in every hotel. The breakfast was tasty and every day was there a small changes. Like , small ants in the room are not a mistake from the hotel. We left a small food and they were there so fast :) We had a nice room and we're cleaned when we arrived. After we needed ask for a cleaning, but everytime they did it very good.

Family atmosphere and so kind & helpful Mrs Lyn. All staff meets you with whole days smiling. Owner,Mr Luigi (master chef) & his wife are very nice & very friendly people. You have a chance to try Italian Menu made by Luigi & his cooks in their restaurant. The hotel is situated 2 min walk to kitesurf Bulabog Beach & 10 min walk from White Beach (over 4km long, awesome beach). A couple steps to all restaurants & shops. I can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience

We have visited Fairways a few times over the years, and it’s amazing to see how much it has improved! Everything from the facilities to the activities has been getting better, and you can certainly feel the effort from management in progressively renovating the resort, making each stay more enjoyable than the last. One of the highlights of our trip was the variety of activities available, especially the foam party at the pool (good job Mr. Arthur) such a fun and lively experience for both kids and adults! The entertainment team is doing a great job keeping the atmosphere exciting throughout the day and safe for the little ones. The service at the resort was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel welcome. The restaurant service was also top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring a great dining experience, always ready to lend a hand. Housekeeping deserves special recognition for keeping everything spotless and comfortable. A special shoutout to Janneil, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. She was incredibly friendly with our family and showed genuine care and attention. She left little surprises and thoughtful notes for our children in our room, which made them so happy. Her kindness and effort truly made a difference in our stay. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to come back again. If you’re looking for a place with great activities, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely the place to be!

My family and I would like to extend our deepest appreciation to all the hotel staff. We were always greeted with a smile. From the front desk staff who were always patient despite the large volume of guests checking in and out at the same time and making random requests. Thank you to the gentleman who helped us carry our heavy luggages to our rooms, and to our pickup vehicle when we were leaving Bora. The staff from the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping were always courteous and accommodating. We were traveling with three senior citizens and the staff assisted them like family. There is no single thing we did not like about the staff. They were amazing. I also liked that they lend beach towels free-of-charge and the regular live music at the bar. I love their brewed coffee too!

I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service provided at coast. The level of care and the exceptional value placed on guests is unparalleled. Ben in particular, who made us comfortable on the beach right out the front was a superstar. As you step out of the water, Ben and Johnny will greet you with a towel and take great care setting up towels and refilling your water. Likewise, little touches such as the delivery of a local dessert to your room. The complimentary provision of tote bags, thongs, hand sanitizer are all fun additions. The kids also loved the afternoon popcorn and ice cream by the pool. The location is also next level. There’s no better place for sunset drinks (two for one at happy hour). We also loved our breakfast at Cha Chas.

Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!

The service was exceptional. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast option is great. They offer different Filipino menu everyday. They also offer international cuisine. They have 2 huge swimming pools. The facilities were great. They offer a complimentary shuttle to station 2 and free water in the lobby. The hotel has a private beach which is less than 10 minute walk or you could reserve their complimentary shuttle. You could walk to the keyhole from this beach. I highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely come back.

The host built the house from ground up and runs the stay, so lots of interesting stories to hear and look around compared to it just being a place to sleep. Attentive staff and loving pets adds extra charm. We tried eating out for breakfast but found the home one better than nearby restaurants.

Boracay is heaven on earth!

Boracay is heaven on earth! We loved the White Beach and Diniwid Beach, we loved the coffee shops and restaurants. Our favorite place was Real Coffee & Tea, we loved their calamansi muffins! The fifty shades of blue you are looking at there are amazing! You can walk a lot on the beach, but there's also hop on-hop off bus available (which we didn't get a chance to use, unfortunately!), We stayed there for 4 nights, but I wish we could have at least 2-3 more... there's also of locals who offer you all kinds of activities on every step of the way, so everyone can find sth interesting! It's very nice place, a bit touristy, but in the right amount (of it)... hopefully will go back one day...

I visited Boracay for 1 night to experience White Sand Beach and it surpassed my expectations. The beach is clean and beautiful. I walked up and down the entire beach twice in 1 day, once during the day and once in the evening. It was worth every minute.
