I had a hard time picking my accommodation as there were just SO MANY options in Boracay. This was in a prime location located right next to a diving center and 7-11 – and immediately a less than 1-min walk up to the beach. This place was so easy to find. Location aside, I was blown away with their hospitality and the cleanliness of the room. After staying at 5 different accoms in Boracay, trust me when I say the gold standard they uphold is bar none. The hotel manager Ellen made me feel at home; friendly, personable, and professional. As a solo traveler, she made sure to check up on me and I was able to hear about her travel recommendations around the Philippines and personal stories too. Forget about the hotel chains and big-scale hotels. For reference I stayed at La Carmela de Boracay before moving here. The staff at La Carmela simply could not meet my needs because of the volume of people coming and going. Plus, no wifi and really dimly lit rooms with maybe a cleanliness level of 7/10 at best? The team here at The Paragon is so attentive they made me feel like a queen. I hope they never change. And more travelers should be patronising them – I’m just glad I did. I miss Ellen already ❤️

It is right at the center, once you step out of the hotel you are already within D-mall and the beach is only a few steps away. Friendliest staff and excellent service. Felt very taken care of. Waking up in the room was one of the best feelings haha will never stop raving about it to others

Also housekeeping team was always ready to tidy up the room, even in the evening!!! Spa was having very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Beach was also nice and clean! Not crowded at all!!! Which was a big plus and difference form white beach. I really like that think about refilling water on hallways to the big pitchers available in rooms and reducing the plastic waste. Also wooden room key cards... That's a good job right there 🥰👏👏👏 thank you for that

    we were booked on the 3rd floor which is an issue with my knee, we asked the staff to transfer us on the first floor. she said that its an upgrade and we need to pay more. We said if it's going to be much we will just take the 3rd floor room. When we checked in she said she'll do the transfer without charge. Thank you Two Seasons Boracay. We will definitely come back in your resort and will refer to our friends.

    The location of the hotel is great! Just off the beautiful beach. You get to see some amazing sunsets. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. I would also recommend the hotel's airport pick-up service which was completely hassle-free and was quick and efficient via speed-boat. Though we did not use it, saw a lot of kids enjoying themselves at the pool.

    We can't find any fault in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. They offered entertainment in house such as live band and fire dancing. They offered cheaper prices for water activities and was well coordinated. They also offered early check in though not a room with balcony but still really good. It was a very good experience!

    Incredibly large bed, possibly like 220x220cm. Breakfast buffet was very good. Gym was great. Very friendly staff. Staff is very good with the transportation from airport, so I recommend using their transportation service, as opposed to just trying on your own.

    Nice beaches and i will really miss the wonderful pizza from 'Ari Italiana Cucina' at D Mall. I did not like being constantly approched and offered massages. Also, it was diffivult to browse the stalls at D Mall because the vendors all want me to buy from their stalls. This did cause me to sometimes move on without having a proper look around.
