We stayed in a beautifully decorated and well-equipped beach villa with a stunning sea view. The food and drink options were excellent, and the choice of activities was fantastic. A highlight was our 4-hour private boat tour, where starting early at 7 AM allowed us to enjoy El Nido’s most beautiful spots in peaceful solitude. We happened to come across a school of about a hundred dolphins who were curious enough to approach all around our boat. The hospitality was outstanding. Special thanks to Younes, the Food and Beverage Director, who made our stay memorable—just as he did during our honeymoon at Raffles Maldives four years ago. Also, a big thank you to Anton (the waiter), Anton (the guide), and Rei (the experience assistant) for their exceptional service. My favourite beach clubs were only a few minute walks as well. The staff were the highlight however, we got food poisoning and they went to the pharmacy and picked us up some meds. Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating, we also got the airport shuttle from them and it was so fast and easy. The restaurant was our go to, we had almost every meal there after the food poising (which was due to a restaurant in the town centre) and we felt very safe, food was delicious too. It genuinely felt like we were more in tune with nature because of how the place is built and we also tried and loved their spa, highly recommend! The beach is clean and the water is crystal clear, it is like swimming in an aquarium. I really enjoyed town, but nacpan and duli area also nice places to stay! Lio is another nice spot to stay. El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that while there were a plentitude of tourist options, we were not separated from local culture and activities that sometimes happens in other places. We were only there for four days, and we could have stayed another week. The beaches are beyond stunning, both the ones you can walk to and the ones that need a boat.
