We had a great time at Lyf Malate Manila! The property is very modern, with a lot of facilities and exceptionally clean. Also we felt really safe!  The most important thing is the kindness and the reactivity of all the members of the personnel. They made us feel more than welcome! They really deserve congratulations for their hard work. Special credits to Mr. Perry Lozano, who was very helpful with us! Everything was really nice. It is a little away from the town but it was perfect because El Nido is really noisy at night (loud music til 4:00 am). And it was no difficult to arrive there walking or by a motorbike, you have to drive just a little through the beach but it was easy.

Amazing resort! Carabao is a hidden gem with almost no tourism (Which is crazy to think about as its only a few kilometres away from boracay which is the biggest tourist hotspot of the phillipines) and this resort is the perfect place to stay, especially if you are a backpacker as they offer bunk beds. The restaurant is really nice, they have a good selection of both local and western dishes, service can be a bit slow at times but if you are low on time they'll be quick! The owners are super friendly and gave us information and many tips on what to do on the island. The place itself is really nice, beds are good, they have a pool table and a nice chill out zone/sunning area. The sunset is amazing, this place really does feel like paradise! I really enjoyed my stay at Lanas beach resort and I will definitely return to this wonderful island!

Although the choices are limited, I can't complain because I only added PhP250 to include breakfast for three persons. Eating breakfast outside would likely cost us around 450 pesos each. 7. Location is very ideal as it is in front of SM North. It is very accessible. 9. Internet connection is okay.

    Manila is rapidly becoming a much nicer place to stay. BGC especially is a very nice area to stay and enjoy. It is safe, pleasant and full of a whole range of different restaurants (especially Japanese) and shops, centred around the mile-long Bonifacio High Street, which is completely pedestrianised.

    El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that...

    El Nido has so many fun things to do, and we liked that while there were a plentitude of tourist options, we were not separated from local culture and activities that sometimes happens in other places. We were only there for four days, and we could have stayed another week. The beaches are beyond stunning, both the ones you can walk to and the ones that need a boat. The snorkeling was fantastic, the food options endless, and the vibe was chill and fun.

    The public market is the cleanest I have ever experienced in the Philippines and very large and comprehensive. Everyone knows about the weather, which is perfect. The city is scenic, clean and safe. Really rec. Burnham Park, Mines View park and Camp John Hay. Lots of other sites and great restaurants.

    We didnt spend a lot of time in the Puerto itself sadly, given our resort was 90 minutes away but we made a couple of day trips and Puerto seems more relaxed & laid back than most cities in the Philippines with plenty of activities.

    The calamian group of islands of which Coron is part of, is beautiful. And I hope all the measures to keep it pristine and unlittered will be successful always. There are many breathtaking sights. You would need a sizable budget though to be able to enjoy the boat tours which are wonderful. If you have the time, visit Culion. It is historical (a UNESCO site), and while the places to see could do a little tidying up, nevertheless, the history of that place invites reflection and inspires--many heroic people lived on that island. Kudos to the religious who have kept the place going since it was first established. The Culion museum should be your first stop.

    Filthy squaller. Angeles City is horrible. Even walking street was hugely disappointing. Lots of closed bars, the bars i did go in were horrible. Women standing on stage, really looked like they didn't want to be tIhere. Just a horrible vibe. Makati is far superior to Angeles in every way possible. Dont waste your time going here. The SM mall which is close to the ABC hotel is very dangerous to get to . You have to try and cross about 4 very busy roads to get to it, no sky bridge, no subway to get there. Who ever designed the location was a moron, MAKE IT SAFE FOR PEDESTRIANS !

    Absolutely!

    Absolutely! San Vicente really flies under the radar compared to El Nido and Coron, but that’s part of its charm. It’s less crowded, more laid-back, and still boasts those stunning, unspoiled beaches—especially the 14-kilometer Long Beach, which feels like a hidden gem. The slower pace and warm, genuine hospitality from the locals really give it that authentic "island life" vibe.     My stay was excellent and fantastic. The entire staff was very hospitable. Excellent services from entering the hotel, front desk, cleaning room, spa and gym staff. The staff was quick responding to my request.

    Our favorite overnight stop over on the way to Sorsogon. Malls, groceries and the Mayon activities are just what we always wanted. Internet and banks are almost anywhere, if there is a need of emergency business needs.
