Nice modern clean room, great value for money. The location is great, just off the main road of restaurants and bars but still quiet. Erwen was fantastic, so friendly and helpful and would arrange any trips, transports or bike rentals for you. Would definitely stay here again. P.s we loved Erwen’s Hawaiian shirts!!

The people at Fat Lips Lodge are incredibly welcoming, especially since it was our first time in Siargao. Sir Tim and Ms. Din were very accommodating, and the staff made us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and it felt like we had been staying there for much longer. The lodge itself is cozy, beautifully designed, and has a relaxing atmosphere that perfectly matched the island vibe. We especially loved the spacious rooms and comfortable amenities. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and local attractions, and they also offer motorcycles for rent, which was a huge plus – we didn’t need to look elsewhere. Overall, our stay in Siargao was great, and Fat Lips played a big part in making it memorable. We can’t wait to go back and stay longer at Fat Lips – it truly made our time in Siargao unforgettable!

The most amazing property! Felt at home here! Rooms are exceptionally clean and the facilities are really great. The staff couldn’t do anymore for you! We miss this place ! It is located on the main road in Siargao however is a little further along making it very peaceful and quiet!

Probably one of the best resort I have yet to go to in suriago. The staff is amazing and hands on, they allowed us to check in and early and always accommodating. They even have Starlink in every room, so the WiFi is strong. Highly recommended.

I loved everything about this hotel and the staff, The location was perfect and walk across the side road and your at the mall, close to the other places we needed to go to. Alvin the doorman was exceptional in his role and so helpful, he needs a wage raise, the girls at the front desk were so helpful in checking in, telling me about what's around and pointing out places of interest. The staff at the restaurant were great, so helpful and smiling all the time which must be hard to do. The buffet food was really nice and a good variety and selection was available. All up, I can't think of one negative comment. Top hotel and I will be staying again for sure. Thanks to all the staff there that made our stay a pleasurable and memorial one as well.

There's really nothing to complain about this place, everything about it is great and I believe you cannot find any structure which looks the same with the same price tag. We also had the chance to chat a little with the owner who has lived a really adventurous life and has plenty of great stories to tell, I really hope to resemble him, even a little, when (and if) I grow old myself. Thank you Khan and thank you to all the people in the staff who were really kind and super accomodating with all of our requests

General Luna is an ideal place for surfers (from enthusiast to pro). Although, hoping my next coming will be improved) but for us working remotely anywhere, data internet is a bit challenge specially if there is a typhoon. This is near to activity and go-to places (party and food).

Davao is a growing and vibrant city.

Davao is a growing and vibrant city. However, there isn't a lot to do there. The traffic problems are significantly worse than last time I visited and rush hour traffic is standstill. The city has lots of great places to eat, and some fantastic shopping malls. The people are, as always, immensely friendly and the city is as safe as any I have visited.

CDO is a food haven and I was able to sample the local cuisine which is made interesting by savory seafood and Muslim fare. I slso got to visit a pottery factory and bought a set of plates and food burners. It’s a good place to start a tour - either to Bukidnon where Dahilayan forest park and the Monastery of the Transfiguration are, or to Iligan where the waterfall attractions are located.

Gensan as it is know here is a very modern city home to the great manny pacquaio great malls to spend a evening browsing and eating the roads are well maintained and wide very few high rise buildings not to many taxis available but far to many tricabs definitely worth a visit.

Transportation was convenient to and from the apartment. Very cost effective. I learned of and utilized "tricycles" and "multi cabs". This was easy for me since I was in the company of a lady who spoke the local language. I recommend use of a translator or as I did, a special friend who speaks the language. I also disagree with booking.coms 3 out of 5 review. That is a low score compared to my experience.

Nothing much but surfing. Some popular restaurants are hype. The French bakery near the Surf area serves really really good breadz croissants, sourdough and other food. The burger place we went to is much much better than shake shack. The coffee place we tried serves much much better coffee than starbucks and zus.

There is no place like home.

There is no place like home. Grew up in Zamboanga and always missed tha culture, food and friendly people . Abundance of good food! My only complaint is the horrible traffic everywhere. Hope there will be a solution for this in the future. Zamboanga is known to be the city of flowers, I hope to see Zamboanga in its former glory.

We spent some afternoons going around General Luna, and it truly gave us that relaxing island vibe. We visited different restaurants, and most of them have a modern island style that still keeps the local charm.
