Super nice hosts, we had very late check in and they made it possible. Hotel owners are a super nice family and you feel right at home. The hotel is right in the center of cilaos and breakfast is great with lots of fresh fruits! We will definitely come back if we have the occasion!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating — when I mentioned that I didn’t love the first room we were given, we were quickly offered an upgrade at no cost, which was hugely appreciated. They also surprised us with a lovely card and a sweet decoration with petals for our honeymoon. Our stay was really special. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade crêpes! A little more variety in the cold cuts would have been nice, but that’s really just a detail. All in all, this place is fantastic — warm, welcoming, and full of heart. Highly recommend!

Meeting our hosts and their warm hospitality was a great privilege. They have invested much in this property and a real highlight for us us was to enjoy dinner with them, the table d'hote. We can't speak french but this turned out to be a very enjoyable evening for all of us - both using google translate. We learnt much from Reunion also. The weather was kind to us and we could hike to La Chapelle the next morning. It is in a quite part of Cilaos with of course the Piton des Neiges towering above the town
