This was not my first stay in Satu Mare, but it was the first time in hotel Viena and if I was to return, this will be my choice: - VERY spacious and nicely decorated rooms - very comfortable beds - crystal clear - 5min walk from Satu Mare center - very good breakfast with the BEST juicy omelette I had since 2018 in (5* hotel) Turkey - the reception really works 24/7 - we arrived after midnight at 01:00 and didnt have to wait or call anyone - late checkout at 12:30 free of charge

There were countless aspects that I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay, making it difficult to narrow them down! First and foremost, I must express my utmost appreciation for the entire hotel staff. Each member left a lasting impression on me, but I would like to extend a special mention to Atlanta, a young lady brimming with enthusiasm, who provided invaluable assistance throughout my stay. Monika, another remarkable individual, exuded warmth and friendliness towards me, making my experience even more delightful. Additionally, I cannot forget to mention Mariana, the breakfast attendant, whose interactions with locals, despite my limited Romanian language skills, conveyed her genuine passion for her job through her tone of voice and body language. The location of the hotel was truly exceptional, tucked away just a few hundred meters from the bustling main street. This allowed for a peaceful and serene atmosphere, providing a welcome escape from the scorching heat. The room itself was incredibly comfortable, offering a much-needed respite. The tranquility and quietness of the surroundings were a true luxury, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, my experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff, ideal location, and comfortable accommodations.

I had a truly excellent stay! The service was outstanding, and I especially want to thank Anita, who was extremely helpful and kind. Her excellent English skills made a huge difference for me – in Romania I had faced challenges with communication in other hotels, but here everything was smooth. She even helped me solve a payment issue, which I really appreciate. Professional, friendly, and absolutely dedicated – thank you! I highly recommend this hotel!

An amazing rural location by a lake . The rooms were clean & comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We had a balcony with a view of the lake it was excellent. They had a beach bar which had a great atmosphere. Such a fun place. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly & efficient. I would highly recommend staying here .

I loved the swimming pool, the very friendly and helpful staff, the free parking. Also the bad was very nice (not just a shower but a bath). A huge shopping centre very close by. Wifi was OK.

The center of the city is nice and there are some beautiful catholic churches and old buildings to admire. You have to watch out for the drivers though, as they don't really respect anything whatsoever, especially not pedestrians.

The host does not speak English.

The host does not speak English. Communication is terribly difficult. The room was stuffy. With a small window. No air conditioning. I see that the feedback from Romania is good, but without communication in English it is terribly inconvenient. No towel, no shampoo. No air conditioning! We are not satisfied!
