2nd trip, this is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable and a nice size. The bar and restaurant are excellent and serve a nice variety of food and drinks at very competitive prices. Two members of staff made our stay: 1. JELENA STEFANOVICE. thank you for your warm smile and very attentive service. You are the best reception I have ever met. 2. PETAR KOSTIE, my friend, it was a pleasure to meet you. You are obviously only happy when you are making your guests happy. You have a natural customer care attitude. You made a very wet restrictive day a pleasure by looking after our every need. We stayed just one night, but it was very comfortable. Decorated with taste and thought for the guest. There is everything you need - soft towels, handcream, even crayons for the kids. Maria is very nice, she welcomed us right on time and was super kind

First things first, the apartment is in a great location. Just behind a shopping mall, with all kinds oh shops, restaurants and a supermarket and a walkaway from the city centre. It’s also overlooking Nisava river. Secondly, the apartment is spick and span, super comfy and very quiet, especially during night time. The hosts were welcoming and friendly,super responsive. Beautiful flat located on the 4th floor of a new building (with a lift). The place is closed by the city centre (less than 10 mn walk), in front of Lidl opened everyday from 7am to 10pm and near by a commercial area with many shops, but the place is quiet. Easy to park a car around the building. The apartment is also well furnished with brand new furniture : very comfortable bed, nice and functional kitchen and giant tv screen with many foreign channels. Wifi connection and washing machine are good. The owner and his father are very helpful and friendly, they are always here if you have any question. The cleaning of the flat is also included. I spent one month here for professional purpose, they can give you an invoice if you need it. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay, you cannot be deceived.

I travel a lot and this place was one of the best I’ve ever been in East Europe for that price. The room was clean, the kitchen and bathroom as well. There were teas and coffees free of charge as well as toiletries in the bathroom. The host was extremely flexible and helpful with the self check in. I had a great one night stay and I strongly recommend it.
