Best location, the cleanliness, beautiful view of the room and restaurant, breakfast that also with alacart menu, whatever we order was delicious, perfect menu for lunch&dinner, friendly helpful staff, easy check-in & check-out, free parking garage, free ski locker, helpful ski room staff...     We had a wonderful time with great staff. The manager Alexander made our stay super comfortable. Diana, Maria and all front desk staff was so nice. Ski, horse riding we enjoyed our stay so much. Excellent food in the breakfast and dinner. He offered Serbian delicious wines in the evenings. Rooms are big, bright and clean. Spa is amazing, hot sauna, steam room, indoor pool and jakuzi is what you need after a cold ski day. The most important is when you have any problem, staff is super helpful to solve in a minute. Hotel has a slope just in front of it so you are directly connected to ski slopes. First day we could not use that slope and Alexander arranged the hotel minibus to drive us to the center and bring back us free. It was so nice of them. You can buy skipass in the hotel. You can rent your equipment from the hotel. All are for reasonable prices. When we are leaving they gave us local paste Ajvar and home made marmalade as present :)) We left with great memories... super nice!!! definitaly recommend here to stay and looking forward to come back next year. thank you so much for your great hospitality !!!

    The medical offer is a good option for healthcare, the nurses and other hotel staff are nice, but the doctors could be more friendly and helpful. The apt was renovated and nice but they can fix and solve the small stuff that are obvious.

    Absolute gem!

    Absolute gem! such a lovely little town with plenty of cafes, restaurants, market and vibrant atmosphere. Vrnjacka Terma was very good, though a little bit busy because of school break. I would defifinetely come back in summer when Aquapark is open!

    Novi Pazar is very rare place, with old history, very interesting culture and many cultural features. The people are very friendly, You can feel the taste of traditional food in modern ambience. The best mosques in region are situated in Novi Pazar. In same place you can find the oldest churchs in region. The smell of this town will be written in your ❤️

    Beautiful town next to the Ibar river. Lots of greenery, nice coffee shops and good restaurants. Lots of history in the town and surroundings. Mineral monasteries, mountains for hiking, and outdoor sport facilities.

    It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good night out. It is a place where you should come to relax and enjoy bath in their very hot spring water. It is especially good during winter - this little pool with hot water is outside and works even when there's snow. There is also an aqua park but it works during summer. Josanicka Banja is close to Kopaonik ski center, so you can combine skiing and relaxing in hot pool.

    We visited only the side closest to Vrnjačka Banja so I'll refer to it. Goč is a mountain just enough populated, not too crowded and not empty. People are welcoming and warm. There's a restaurant next to the modest ski slopes, together they make a center of the happenings on Goč. The restaurant offers domestic meals of good quality. A good choice for a few hours walk is a lake that is placed not far away, 3-4 km. Nearby, there is a terrain for basketball and a small church. What Goč misses is a market. Though, it cannot brag with a rich content, the air and water quality are amazing. It is a perfect choice if you want to unplug for a few days.

    Beautiful wild nature that thrives of life. There are few marked pathways through the forest, but the trails are not well maintained, and you can often encounter high grass and bushes or have difficulty seeing the markings. The appropriate hiking equipment is a must, and be aware of wild animals.

    Vrnjačka Banja is a beautiful town, especially for the New Year holidays, beautifully decorated and with a rich music program (although not to my taste). We visited two spas, wonderful experience for decent prices. Peaceful relaxing place.

    A small town to stay a few days. We were a bit tired from our previous travels, so it was a good stop to have a rest. There were lots of attractions for my daughter to play around, so we enjoyed it all

    The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season...

    The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season place looks almost deserted. Really bad infrastructure, roads falling apart, lacking parking, thrash thrown around the place, new buildings keep popping up without any sane planning. The ski slopes are nice when they work, but the real season is really short which means that when there is good snow it gets overcrowded, out of peak season most of the slopes are closed and you are skiing more on mud then snow.
