The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the elegant decor to the top-notch facilities, truly sets it apart. During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. They took immediate action to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly outstanding and made a lasting impression on me. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. One of the best stays in Mecca. Have tried other hotels before but staff @ Jumeirah is the most attentive, helpful and approachable. There were few hiccups but were rectified almost immediately. Am now waiting for the refund for the room setting and hopefully would get it soon.

The hotel is located in the commercial center of Jeddah, midway from the old town and Corniche, which makes it very convenient for travel. The community where the hotel is located is very quiet, but there are many lovely restaurants and shops nearby, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Hotel Design: Modern and stylish, fully functional. The hotel's design is fashionable and simple, full of modernity. The quality of the decoration materials is excellent, and the design contains many thoughtful details, making the user experience very humane. Room and Facilities: Our room had a small balcony, facing the small business garden at the back of the hotel. The restaurants and shops downstairs emit a charming urban atmosphere, not noisy, and relaxing. The equipment and bedding in the room are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the shower height is especially excellent, and the quality of the bathroom fragrance and products used is very good. Staff service: Thoughtful and enthusiastic while maintaining a proper sense of boundaries, paying attention to the guests' needs without causing disturbances. The parking service was very helpful to us. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast is set in the Baker & Spice restaurant on the ground floor. Hotel guests can choose any breakfast set meal. The ingredients are fresh, the seasoning is rich, and the dining atmosphere is relaxed. Highly recommended.

Being in Makkah Al Mukarama is honour and gift from Allah. This was my fourth time I have been Makkah and inshallah I will be going there till my last day of my life I'd Allah allows me. Everytime I go to Makkah and Madinah, I utilise my time and dedicate if to worshiping Allah. Makkah Al Mukarama is best place and most respected place on earth.

Jeddah is a super place to visit.

Jeddah is a super place to visit. It has a good feel and there are lots of things to do and visit. Snorkelling and diving near on the best in the world. Excellent shopping. F1 weekend is fun. Awesome food and fascinating history in the old town at Al-Balad.

Variety of foods and very tasty. Khayal restaurant is very nice and highly recommended. Moving around is very easy especially using Careem (similar to Grab). The drivers are very accommodating to our request.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly, Hotel is in a narrow, uphill dead end street hard to reach,, it is only 15 mins away but slope makes it difficult, Shuttle service is not reliable, very limited food options in breakfast and dinner (arabic taste only), no good food options available around the hotel. Would not recommend .

The receptionist ask me we are for checkout after 3 days of checkin even still we have 5 days remaining in our booking and he argue with us i show him the reciept of my booking then he realized its not us and he even not say sorry for us.And the bathroom is so dirty we are the one clean and kettle is not working we need to tell them not working

It's good to have a place to stay where staff are accommodating and people nearby the location are great which they were of our same nationality(actually some of them) so at least to inquire for some info since we were a first time visit on the said place

Location is not good for access to haram

Location is not good for access to haram Although its near to haram mosque in google maps or booking maps but roads are closed due to masar haram project U need an hour to reach haram from hotel and hotel shuttle bus will drop u at a tunnel which u have to walk for around 2kms

I liked my trip very much. It is a sipirtual journey which brings a lot of satisfaction to your soul. It is pilgrimmage place where people find fulfillment of their inner souls. This place reminds your that, God is the Greatest , Everliving God, and one day you have to go back to your Lord. Mecca without a shadow of doubt is the best place in the world.

Jeddah is a great destination to be discovered.

Jeddah is a great destination to be discovered. The architecture is amazing, especially in the Old City. People are very nice and kind, willing to help even when they do not know English (they use google translate). Museums do not have a fee or a very small fee. The malls are huge and you can find an incredible number of brands. However Jeddah is not very friendly for tourists that wish to walk. Distances are very big and it is recommended to rent a car or take a taxi. There are huge differences between Uber and local taxis, that can charge 4-5 times more than Uber.
