Nice location. great houseowners. clean and quite rooms and pool. we were planning to stay there for 5 nights but as soon as we met with the owners we decided to stay longer. Everyone we met was so friendly kind and nice. You can ask anything you need from them they will help you. Location is great very close to chaweng beach but away from the crowd and noies. rooms are clean and in the kitchen you got everything you need. we had a wonderful vacation staying at chawengdeep. If you want a calm and relaxing time we %100 recommend.

Great hotel, everything is new and very clean, youthful decoration. I really enjoyed staying here. The common area next to the beach is nice to have. I also loved that they offer beach towels! It’s lovely that they have a kayac and offer it for free for 30 minutes.

You couldn't get a better location, you are right in the middle of the Main Street and mall. You have everything you need and the wifi works great so you can work remotely. Check in was easy and they did our laundry which was great. The rooms were clean.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. I chose a room with access to the pool. It was very enjoyable. The staff is so nice and friendly. They always have a smile on their face. The location is as well really good as you are in the near of the street and all bars and restaurants but you don't hear all the noise. The food was as well really tasty, as on some rainy days I don't wanna go out. Would recommend this hotel for everybody who wants to enjoy his stay at chaweng and want to relax a little bit.

This is the best hotel during my stay in Thailand. It's so beautifully decorated and the swimming pool (accessible from my room) was just a pleasure to swim in, especially at night. I haven't properly been to the beach as the weather was terrible, but it looked like the best one on the island.

The vibe is great here, makes you feel you're at the right place. It's a beach club, lots of space at the pool which is overlooking the beach and you can go back and forth between the two. Music and entertainment day and night, classy, suitable for young and old. Rooms are very pretty, amazing beds, everything works. The umbrellas provided in the closet are a nice touch.

The Amari is well located, with easy access to local commerce. The facilities are well maintained and a fleet of buggies shuttle guests between the three units. The staff is incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations on restaurants and other attractions. I have been to 4 Thai seaside resorts so I know a little...

I have been to 4 Thai seaside resorts so I know a little about them. Koh Samui seems to lack a spirit of 'self' - the tours available go to natural sites which are average. And expensive. I didn't see any cultural tours. I saw hundreds of massage parlours, weed shops, and cafes. The whole place seems to be a fisherman's village that has been pumped up by advertising and wasn't really ready for it. I would really avoid this place in the high season. On the other hand if you just want to sit in a resort next to a beach and eat and drink, this could be for you. Long way to go though...

Chaweng Noi Beach was one of my favorite spots on Koh Samui. It’s incredibly beautiful — soft white sand, calm turquoise water, and a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a little escape from the busier parts of the island. I loved how quiet and relaxed it was, perfect for swimming or just lying under the sun. The view with the green hills around was stunning. That said, it’s not the best during low tide — the rocks and coral can make it tricky to get in the water. Also, there’s not much going on nearby in terms of shops or nightlife, and some areas can get a bit pricey because of the luxury resorts. Still, for a calm beach day with amazing views, I’d go back in a heartbeat.

We had an extraordinary stay at Villa Samayra - truly the No.1 luxury villa experience in Koh Samui. The property is stunning, with uninterrupted sea views and a peaceful ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained. A special mention to Yanisa and Palm, who were exceptional throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and proactive service made everything seamless. Every request was taken care of even before we asked. The food deserves its own praise- the chef’s dishes were remarkable, turning each meal into a five-star dining experience. Overall, Villa Samayra exceeded every expectation. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for world-class comfort, privacy, and unmatched luxury in Koh Samui.

I wouldn't go back.

I wouldn't go back. I was so disappointed by Koh Samui, I thought it was a nice place to go but aside from beautiful beaches and the views from the mountains, its really rough and run down. Chaweng itself is like Magaluf. The strip is awful. But if you like that then you'd probably like it but not being a drinker or a partier I really hated it. We did however eat at some really great restaurants all over Koh Samui

I love it here . Has everything and anything. For me I like the beach , the restaurants, the markets and am happy to do that all day at one of the beach front bungalows. But there is plenty of night life if you want it . A lively place, lovely locals, easy to go other places on the island with taxis . The beach is beautiful. Warm water . Food and drinks along the beach .lots to see and do in the town. So many restaurants to choose from . Capybara cafe is so funny had a great time there . The night markets are great

It is beautiful, wonderful, crystal clear, turquoise water. Do NOT let the reviews that say that this beach is "busy, loud, too crowded" deter you from coming. We were here in January-February during peak season and it was perfect! Never too crowded and never too empty. Perfect in my experience, I would come back. I did not prefer nor enjoy Lamai beach (supposed to be better, but I disagree).
