Loved this hotel, rooms were so nice and clean! Option to have room cleaned every day if wanted. So many restaurants nearby (lucky tree restaurant was the best and only a 2 min walk). Beach super close too. We had the room with the pool outside and was perfect. Extended our stay as we loved it so much!

The lady there and her employee are amazing, so kind and listening. The room was clean and with a lot of space. The beach is 2 minutes away and you can rent a motorbike there if you need. And the food she serve is so good. We really love staying there.

Loved our stay here, wish we had booked for longer. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the breakfast is amazing. The hotel is right on the beach, close to local restaurants and bars. We hired a scooter from reception for 300 baht per day and explored the island. Loved everything about our stay!

The adjective “serene” is perfect to describe such a peaceful resort. Super comfortable and spacious room, right in the best spot of Lanta. Each unit is very private, being spread in a large garden with around 10 units in total. Owners are very kind and available to help. Will come back for sure next time in Lanta!

    The communication before arrival was excellent. We were arriving late at night and they helped to make everything go smoothly with someone meeting us at the airport (for cost) but worth it. When we arrived they had upgraded us to a villa with a plunge pool which made our trip. The breakfasts were amazing! Played crib by the pool nightly to watch the beautiul sunsets. As the resort was big we did not have a lot of interaction with staff but everyone greeted you with a smile in passing. The location was perfect for us as we like to walk the long sandy beach and only a 20-minute walk to Saladan. We rented a scooter for 2 days. We are in the mid-'60s and felt safe driving the scooter which allowed us to explore the island and Lanta old town which was fun. We stayed 6 nights and could have stayed longer.

    Property had all facilities that we needed. We had a forest room with spa bath, it was clean, room was prepared in advance, ac was on before we checked in. Shower gel, shampoo everything was in place. 10/10. The hotel is in the amazing place. There are some grocery shops near the hotel, lot of restaurants and bars. Hotel also offers other facilities, like tours, transfers, motorcycle rent and etc. The prices are very affordable. This resort has a very cool GM, he shows how he really cares about the guests, it makes us feel that any doubts could be resolved in a speedy way if there will be any.

    We had a wonderful vacation at the Banana. Everyone was so friendly and up on their feet to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our daughter especially enjoyed all the toys, the pool and lots of mates to play with. We prolonged our stay due to its ideal conditions for families. Special thanks to the restaurant staff and Init who helped us change our dates and was wonderful about it.

    Staff, breakfast, restaurant, location, beach, room, bed .. everything was perfect! The only little thing is the bathroom without window so it can smell a little bit the humidity. But keep the door close and start the aeration in the bathroom when using it and it's gone👌 It is really really good for the price! I would definitely came back :)

    We booked this hotel very spontaneously for our family of 9 person after we were scammed with our original hotel booking. Koh Lanta is a very calm island so perfect for families with small kids, the hotel had a great pool area and our family villa was fantastic. Great breakfast and lovely beach.

    Visited in low season weather wasn’t great but that is to be expected. Beaches not good for swimming and littered with rubbish. The vast majority of restaurants and resorts were closed. This island has a very different vibe in the busy season.

    Gorgeous location.

    Gorgeous location. Great for families or people not needing a party outside their door. Plenty of tour providers to keep your days well occupied (shoutout to Goodtime travel for being the best service I’ve seen in a long time). Highly recommend Mons cooking school too - so much fun. Take a trip down to beautiful beach for the most crystal clear water.

    During off season (July) the Island is reasonably quiet, many places are actually closed. Still, we had a great time. We had picked the right accommodation and were lucky with the weather, Still, it was often very windy with one powerful storm, which made the beaches useless: high bumper waves with rocks under the surf. Luckily, we had a great pool at our place. Things to do: Great local food everywhere and very affordable. Mangrove and island cave kayaking Elephant sanctuary (go for the 2hrs option if you can afford it) Old Town (great few form the pier and lots of tourist shops) National Park (jungle walk, lighthouse, beach) Many beaches to explore Scooter hires everywhere

    Koh Lanta is a nice island, I went at the end of the season so not too many people. I think in peak season it might be uncomfortable with the number of tourists. The beaches on the west coast were amazing, we didn't go to any on the east coast, not enough time. Lots of restaurants and night markets. Great to walk along the beach and try different restaurants to eat lunch or dinner. The ethical elephant sanctuary on the south of Koh Lanta was an eye opening experience and changed my views. Lots of walks and waterfalls to see.
