We stayed in July. The room was very nice, spacious, modern, and very clean — it looked newly renovated and even had a big sofa. The pool area was also big and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach (although it’s more like a port, not for swimming) and only 200 meters from the pier, so it’s super convenient when you arrive with luggage. It’s also close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, and they offer discounts for their restaurant (20% one time) and massages (15%). The restaurant was good, with sea views. The breakfast was complete with eggs, coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc., and it’s cheaper if you buy it directly at the hotel. The gym was very nice — we used it twice.

Fabulous hotel in Phi Phi! Just 2 minutes walk from the pier and really easy to find. The rooms were perfect, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the excellent breakfast at the bar below and appreciated that it was buffet style. Would definitely stay here again

Location, and facilities were great, the bubbles weren't working on the pool but that didn't really matter, I thought the curtain inside the shower was funny as you could have a shower on full view to your partner or neighbours across the Way.

    Friendly staff, great secluded location, nice beach with plenty of shade from beautiful overhanging trees, very good restaurant with cheerful staff and excellent food which was reasonably priced Our accommodation was right overlooking the beach. It had a shady lounging area at the front and the room itself was a nice size, the bed was comfortable and the mosquito net was in excellent condition and repelled all invaders. Although there is no AC, the pedestal fan was fine. The accommodation was cleaned daily to a high standard. The beach was cleaned (of leaves and any flotsam) every morning. There is reasonable snorkelling; the reef is badly damaged/dying and although there are some signs of coral recovery, a fair number of senseless tourists could often be seen standing on it to have a chat, while snorkelling - therefore trashing it. This is unbelievable and so sad. That said, a good variety of reef life is thriving and if you go further out to deeper water where mindless tourists can't trash it, there is lovely coral and more reef-life, the highlights being a sizeable barracuda and a 1m black tip reef shark. Overall this is a lovely 'paradise' resort and good value for money.

    We had a wonderful stay in the resort. The pool was fantastic with great music and happy hour. Easily accessible to the beach and walking streets. The bass from the party beach can be heard but nothing that interfered with our sleep, or our 3-year-old. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had while travelling. Great selection and the bacon was crispy! 👌🏼 Special mention to Ben who worked in the breakfast area and made a special effort to help our son get his breakfast from the buffet every day. It allowed us to sit and enjoy our breakfast - small wins make a big difference!

    The location of the hotel was great. Very close to the beach clubs where you can see incredible fire shows and have fun until 2-3 am in the morning. Both pools were amazing. Breakfast offers many options so everyone can find something to get full. It was also a unique experience to have breakfast at the beachside with such an amazing view. The staff was always kind and helpful. If I come back to Phi Phi and the price is still reasonable, I will definitely stay here again.

    We were traveling as a group of 4 girls and we all loved this resort. Phi phi is an easy island to walk around and the location of the resort was great. The chalets were beautiful as was the pool/restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and were willing to do anything for us to make our trip better. The only thing we would have preferred would have been a better selection of breakfast foods as there were a lot of dinner foods offered here.

    -really nice hotel, in the center of an island, close to beaches, a ferry pier, shops, restaurants, exchange, a pharmacy. Room is not big, but there is everything you need, safety box, towels, beach towels, a minibar with snacks and drinks in the fridge. There is also a balcony with furniture. Good breakfast. The biggest advantage of this hotel is really enormous, clean swimming pool with a pool bar.

    Pool on the roof. Super location. Market and center very close. Breakfest with view on the sea. I recommended to use boat taxi to beatiful and clean Long Beach. It is only 10min by boat or 1hour walk near sea. Very nice guy help you with baggages through whole town becasue on phi phi there is no roads and cars.

    Amazing. We tried more accommodation on Phi Phi, but here it was great. Quiet part of Phi Phi. Hotel shop, pool, restaurant across the street cooks great. Towards the beach there are countless restaurants. Price to performance ratio top. The beach is right next to the hotel. We can only recommend it.

    Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet.

    Stay away from the main town part if you want some quiet. It's over commercialized, and touristy. The resorts are overpriced for their services and amenities. However we loved Long Beach. It was a beautiful beach. If you like tea, I recommend you bring it from home. It's very hard to find good black tea in Thailand. And when you do, there are limited choices and It's very pricey.

    When I stepped off the ferry, I was in absolutely awe, and immediately fell in love. It's a beautiful, small island, still packed with bars, restaurants and shops. I only stayed one night and I think 2 nights would have been enough. I did the phi phi viewpoint hike, which was killer, especially in the heat. It did get crowded for sunset, so grab your pictures before the crowd arrives. You can walk everywhere, no transport on the island as not needed. I ate at the pirate bar/restaurant, great beach view seating. I also ate at a little cafe near my accommodation, but can't remember the name......
