Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

I like every thing in this hotel. i forgot my bébé bag in the hall, they kept it for me until i get it it back. Madame Houda was very professional at booking communication. I'll return back next year definetly.
