I do not tend to take telephone numbers when travelling, certainly not from staff. However, I have taken 3 staff members to keep in touch with. It was out of season, but the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Most of the time, we were the only people staying at the hotel, but we received a full hotel service.
