We (a family with 2 kids at the age of 6 months / 4 years) had a wonderful stay at The Residence Douz. Amazing rooms, attentive and super child friendly staff. Breakfast was great and we felt very welcome in a positive environment, right next to the Sahara desert. The spa area is great. My best hotel experience in Tunisia so far, we even extended our stay. Staying here was an absolute dream! The camp is located right in the Sahara Desert, with cozy and beautifully decorated tents just a few meters away from the golden sand dunes. Waking up to the vast, untouched landscape was simply breathtaking. The experience was incredibly immersive, making us feel truly connected to the desert. Our amazing host, dressed in traditional clothes, made everything even more special. Watching him prepare traditional bread in the sand over an open fire, all under a sky bursting with countless stars, was pure magic. The food was exceptional, with a full-course dinner featuring delicious starters, mains, and more. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure an authentic and unforgettable stay. Very beautiful hotel. The most beautiful swimming pool I have ever seen. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff really helpful. They gave us all the necessary information about touristic activities. We tried all three meals (breakfast. Lunch. Dinner) everything was good ( for tunisian standards ) . The best hotel I have stayed in Tunisia.

I've been in most of the hotels in Douz, and in my opinion, this is the best one in town. The reception service was nice, the person behind the desk was chatty and funny. The room was neat and comfortable, with a nice pool view. The swimming pool is big enough and looks pretty.

Spacious houses under palm trees. The space is organized, pleasant, quiet and clean. Houses very clean, well equipped and fresh. Host is super nice and accommodating. Breakfast plentiful - the dates from the garden are delicious.

Everything Great! The apartment is big, spacious, brand new, super equipped. Extremely clean. A great place. The owner is a woman with a huge heart, and with great patience. She does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I add one last thing; I am usually a model guest, but this time I was unbearable: she was always friendly and understanding. Absolutely recommended.
