the staff is very kind, pleasant, respectful and helpful, the food and pastry are exceptionnel, the spa is fantastic (staff is very kind and professional), the room was great, calm and very clean. there is a great energy in the hotel. the sunset was magical and the private beach is fantastic. The hotel is very clean & rooms spacious with a fridge & balcony. Hotel was situated on a beautiful clean beach and had a lovely pool area. The cafe bar was nice and the breakfast was good with a fresh omelette everyday. The hotel staff are super friendly and very polite and helpful. We used the spa twice really lovely and very good price. We went out of season but still found some ok bars and restaurants. We got a taxi easily outside the hotel only £8 to airport and even less to Djerbahood and Souk. My partner got sick and they allowed us to have the room the whole day rather than early checkout which were very grateful for. Mostly French speaking google translate was helpful. Just a reminder don’t expect western standard restaurants but do expect cheap meals. I did look at the suite room during the stay wow massive sea view balcony that would be gorgeous when the weather is hot.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and although we were a bit hesitant in the beginning since it had just opened, the place exceeded all our expectations. The room was clean, spacious with great decor and comfortable bedding. It was so nice to sit in the balcony and enjoy the sea view and the breeze. The staff were super helpful and kind. The food was delicious and one could choose from a big variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh vegetables and fruits. The beach is less than 1 minute away from the room, and the water was stunning. We spent our days at the beach, and enjoyed an extraordinary sunset there, simply magic! The pools were also great. Thank you for a great stay, and we will definitely come back for a longer stay !

    The hotel is not new, but is well maintained. All of the staf were hepfull and very kind. WiFi was exeptional, covering all hotel. Two great pools (inner and outside) and great beach at the end. Great food and baverage. For that location and that value of money considering the all inclusive, anything but 9 would not be appropriete.

    The graffiti art in Djerbahood is definitely worth visiting...

    The graffiti art in Djerbahood is definitely worth visiting as is the nearby ancient synagogue. Hamt soukh is interesting but beware of some of the traders as they can be so pushy and hence over priced. Dont be afraid to bargain hard. There are some amazing quiet beaches that are off the beaten track that taxis will take you too and pick up and they are so inexpensive it is cheaper than getting a hire car. We had a four hour tour with a driver for only £35. We visited during Rammadan so there were limitations of bars and restaurants but not at the hotels.

    Djerba is a beautifully, calm and relaxing island with good weather and lots of activities to enjoy. Most things are absolute value for money with food options plenty. The island is pretty easy to get around although for convenience, I’d recommend hiring a car.

    Zarzis is a typical Tunisian town. Not a tourist centre.

    Zarzis is a typical Tunisian town. Not a tourist centre. Every thing is typical of a normal town. We went out with a driver for 2 days which was amazing, we covered over 500km. When we go again we will have more time out on the road to see more of the country. We visited a local restaurant twice for breakfast and dinner. Traditional food not tourist food. We like to eat non English dishes.

    Nice friendley neighbours and nearby shops . it was great being in an apartment so I was able to cater for myself it gave me the freedom of doing what I wanted. Taxis prices were really affordable and a local bus service was available to get around the island.
