Staying at Halekulani was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully located right on Waikiki Beach. My room was spotless, with an ocean view that took my breath away every morning. The staff were outstanding — always kind, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. Every detail, from the fresh flowers to the evening turndown service, made the stay feel special. The fact that there’s no resort fee is a rare bonus in Waikiki, and it made the experience feel even more generous. The pool, restaurants, and spa were all top-notch. I left feeling relaxed and truly cared for. I’d return without hesitation.

We happened to check in on the day a tsunami warning was issued. Although we arrived feeling quite worried, the friendly staff handled the situation calmly and professionally, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable stay. We spent six nights here, and when it was time to leave, we wished we could have stayed a few more days. The room was tidy and well-cleaned, and every member of the staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. Thanks to them, we felt at ease and truly enjoyed our time throughout our stay.

Loved the vibe and service. We got both welcome cookies and an upgrade on our special holiday. Everything was on top! The drinks were great and the pool area both included a hot tub and pool. Room was spacious and had all amenities you would need on a vacation. And big plus was the location - just right next to the International Market and Waikiki beach.

I loved everything!!!! Loved all the details in the hotel, I would truly recommend staying here if you go to Honolulú, it’s super comfortable and you can get to any places easily

Stayed in the Junior sunset suite, absolutely stunning view of the marina, really enjoyed this hotel, large room and comfy bed, we would stay here again :)

The location couldn’t have been better!!! Amazing views and a few steps from the ocean. Very clean and the rooms were small but had everything we needed.

Good, central location in Kahului. The staff was endlessly accommodating! Even went out of their way and forwarded a package which was running late.
