Amazing hotel, in my opinion superior other hotels in this area of Chicago which I happen to have stayed in over the last 10+ years. Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Great, friendly staff! I got sick during the night after some overseas travel, and the reception staff offered to help me out in any way they could. I appreciate that very much. Also, other building staff members were very cheerful in our interactions with them. The rooms looked renovated and were very tidy. Very comfortable beds and nice furnishings.

    The staff, all with no exception, were super helpful and kind...big thanks the manager who was at the front desk at the time of checking in. Early check in and an upgrade to magnificent and panoramic room 1902. The room was spacious, all facilities in (except paid bottled water), and the bed was super comfy. Breafast, via voucher from front the desk if your reservation is with breakfast, was pretty good with nice atmosphere. Ivhand late check out and spend some time in thevreck area...bery relaxing to read a bood from the hige assortments spread in the huge seating area. Well done and thank you all

    The accommodation was well appointed for a short stay, and the staff were wonderful. Whenever there were any questions, they were very happy to reply in a very short turnaround time. The motel itself is very convenient with located, and for those who have cars there is parking. We found it easy to walk to many locations, including public transit. It was a great day! Thanks to Hector and all the other wonderful staff that helped us on our stay!

Ample parking, great car park lighting (safe!!), great sized rooms with everything a business traveller passing through could need. Breakfast was excellent.     There is so much to do in Chicago.

    There is so much to do in Chicago. If you don't mind walking, then get your walking shoes on as it is possible to walk from the museum campus to Navy Pier and enjoy all of the sites in between. However, if you also want to travel further around without all the walking, I recommend the 7 day pass on the Ventra Card. You can't beat the price and it gives you access to all CTA transportation throughout the city.

    My e-mail said we had reservations at Rosemont, but our hotel was actually the Cumberland. Could have been much better direction to the hotel. I believe that's on Booking.com which I will most likely never use again. It caused a lot of problems. The hotel at Rosemont seemed nice. The one on Cumberland, where we eventually had to go, was not so nice. A very worn out hotel.

    A beautiful and distinctive old home, both inside and out that is expertly maintained and exceptionally clean. The large common area was good for visiting with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful. The plentiful breakfast was a help yourself with options for cold or items like frozen breakfast sandwiches that you could heat in the microwave. I loved the wide variety of breakfast items from which to choose. We parked in the 3-space parking area by the side of the house, but there was street parking available too. The Inn was full, but it was very quiet. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. For us, the only downside was having to walk up to the third floor to our whirlpool suite.

    Schaumburg is a beautiful city that offers a variety of restaurants and is home to Woodfield mall, the biggest mall in the state of Illinois. You can also find forest preserves for biking trails, and the city also offers public transportation (Pace buses) and Metra train on the south side of the city.

    Hotel easy to find close enough to the freeways but away from most of the traffic. It does seem that red lights are a suggestion a LOT of people that just think yellow means go faster? 3-4 cars at a time at most lights after it turns red, so be careful. Lots of different restaurants. Can due with out the flash floods and thunder storms. All in all had a good trip.

    We were stranded at the airport due to weather in Chicago so, we weren't able to enjoy Peoria. However, our two UBER drivers and the front desk clerk were very nice people if that's any indication of the Peoria Community.

    Although our group frequent downtown Chicago, Schiller Park was nice. We enjoyed access and frequent visits to the local parks, especially the Des Plaines River Trail. We saw lots of wildlife (deer, raccoons, rabbits) and enjoyed frog sounds at night. For the young athletes there were good things for them to enjoy. Good local eateries nearby.

    There is someone at the front desk 24/7. There may be no convenience store nearby but they do have water, soda and chips for sale for a reasonable price. There’s also a microwave in the lobby that you can use. The staff were nice too and told that I could have more coffee if I wanted.

    1. Bloomington-Normal is a sprawling shopping center with a university attached to it. The main attraction is Illinois State University and primarily draws student's families to it. Has a lot of restaurants and hotels, some are very good (Indian restaurants, breakfast joints), some are terrible. (Just avoid the Chateau Hotel for example, you're better off.)
