The room at this hotel are amazing!! Having sleeping quarters in a different room is very handy when I have to get up to take care of baby's needs while letting the rest of the family sleep in the middle of the night. Bathroom was very spacious and had both a separate shower and a tub/shower combo so two people go get ready at the same time. Rooms were very quite, secure, and comfortable. There were extra blankets and pillows stored in the room already so we didn't have to ask. Since this hotel is downtown having a secured parking option was a very nice option. We will be back to do more exploring in the area. So very pleased with this stay!

We spent a lot of time on my alma mater's campus which is where the Oread is located. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and server Chloe was outstanding at service and hospitality. It was really busy on Saturday as we watched the football game at the bar with many other people. And we had a fabulous time in great part due to her hard work and attitude. I was an HR Director for thousands of employees at the US Forest Service and high potentials always impress me. Hotel is very nice and clean. The parking garage is safe and important as campus parking is always a challenge otherwise.

There was no breakfast and the restaraunt doesn't open early enough for breakfast.BUT having the swimming pool, basketball goal, volleyball net, pool table for the family is awesome. This is our third stay. Our grandkids compete at the Young Guns Jr. Rodeo Association at the Expo Center. We will be at your hotel two weekends in february. The staff also made sure we had lst floor pool side rooms since my daughter needs lst floor for her family with twin boys.

There’s not a lot going on in Topeka but the hotel is in a good downtown location and it’s super stylish. The hotel bar & restaurant are excellent and the staff delightful particularly Wesley who was super helpful and charming. We used the gym - it was fairly well stocked.

The breakfast was amazing the staff was exceptionally well I could not have had a better stay than I did with the apple tree and staff they had there working at that time was very helpful they were very nice polite and everything was great what a blessing thanks guys

Simmer was in a state of change. For the charges, it was great. I was very happy with the bed. The shower was great, good water pressure. I gave my grandkids a bath and they had plenty of hot water.

Due to car trouble we were unfortunately unable to use our booked room. But the hotel was very understanding and accommodating. very much appreciated when having to stress about the car. thank you.

Excellent stay. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We always stay at Endeavor when in town.

Soft beds, friendly staff, breakfast and dinner included. Also indoor parking was very convenient.

The people were absolutely awesome and washed my clothes for me and folded my clothes.

The room and the hotel itself has a unique and elegant style.
