Breakfast was very good, staff went out of there way to help if you needed anything. The bed was very comfortable. They are in the process of remodeling, after they bought out the other hotel. Overall a good place to stay as we were traveling through.

Awesome! Loved the variety of food. Kids had several options of food and drinks they like to eat. Food was kept hot or cold per temperature requirement. Staff were friendly and interacted with guests. Area kept cleaned. Thank you❣️ Hotel is close to walking distance to lots of activities for both adults and kids.

The breakfast was ok, It's just that I don't really eat a lot of pork anymore so had very little choices. But the staff there was top prime! They accommodated me even at turbulent times.

    Pet friendly. Got to see Karate Kid at Regal East and Gambino,s Pizza Rocks! The mattress was the best mattress I have ever slept on. I slept better on this mattress than the new one I just bought.... I want one! Best Rest I have had in awhile. Excellent Customer Service.

    The Overland Park area that we stayed in is very nice....

    The Overland Park area that we stayed in is very nice....modern and well maintained. Lots of curving streets to get mixed up on, but we had our phone GPS, so we were good. However, I would definitely recommend having a GPS for any city!

    If you need to be disrepected and scammed this is your next Stay. Plus being verbal snobbed by staff and owners. What a concept I is was charged extra charged extra plus no compensation for the unacceptable stay including pungent smell of Weed and Cigarettes.     Salina is a cute little town with wonderful artwork on the Main Street. We ate at Martinelli's and the food was outstanding and very reasonably priced. The chef/owner even came to our table to chat with us.

    Kansas is nice, I like how it has a lot of hills.

    Kansas is nice, I like how it has a lot of hills. Its not big but not small either. Hopefully next time I can stay longer to tour. I was there for a church event at the Hy-Vee Arena and did not stay long to tour

    You will love Hays.

    You will love Hays. Whether it's upscale services or the Old Town" shopping you enjoy...they have it all. This hotel was the finest we've stayed in over the past few years. Give Hays a try; kick off your shoes and stay a few days.

    Great restaurants.

    Great restaurants. We were there for a basketball tournament. Rock Chalk Park is really an incredible place where the tournament is located. Good shopping and eating establishments. The city is very nice.

    Manhattan is a quintessential Midwestern college town.

    Manhattan is a quintessential Midwestern college town. The town wraps around the university on 3 sides and college activities are integral to the activities of the town. Manhattan has a nice walkable Main street along with a student-oriented commercial district across the street from the university. K-State is a full on fanatical for their sports teams and the fans and alumni far and wide show up for their teams. There are also some nice big city amenities like bistros, brewpubs and speakeasys. Manhattan is definitely worth a weekend trip to take in a sporting event and explore the surrounding area.

    We were expecting more of a city so hyped up.

    We were expecting more of a city so hyped up. Unfortunately, we didn't find that there was really much to do there at all. Typically, an historical downtown area has some charm and offerings for tourists, but we didn't find this to be the case. Kind of hokey.

    hotel was dirty. changed rooms as the first one had a dirty bed. The staff didn't care and made no apology. Breakfast was good, so clearly it was the mid shift that had bad attitudes and no customer service. 'I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
