Booked this place last minute without much expectation! The owners here have put so much love and care into remodelling the hotel. Between the fun dresses in the closet to the inviting lounge area, there’s so much whimsy and community. It was the perfect solo getaway from LA for some R&R and I’m excited to bring friends next time! 🌴

The place was so peaceful. Whole place is like a mini getaway place where you can relax and and have fun. We booked this place for our anniversary i called the property to make something special with the room. Once we arrived the place was decorated with flowers and balloons also with a bottle of champagne. Room was clean. We will definitely come back.

+ We stayed there for only 1 night within our roadtrip. Perfect location. Central and near from most of the activities. The Main Street of downtown Palm Springs, the Indian Canyons, Living Desert and highway between LA and Phoenix were just minutes away by car. + The guy at the reception was really friendly and helpful. He got us a baby crib as requested. + Room was very big and huge bathroom. Everything was Clean, modern with big comfortable bed. + Free parking lot with lot of available spaces. + Breakfast included was OK. + Pool that we could not try it because of the season. + Few restaurants/fast foods around the area.

Weather was great in november, not too hot. Has some degree of walkability for a US city. Feels safe and welcoming. Has some nice (outlet) malls in the area & quite a lot of restaurants. Also beautiful trails around.

The house was wonderful - it was extremely well appointed...

The house was wonderful - it was extremely well appointed with cutlery & crockery for inside and outside eating. There were lots of pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc for serving big crowds. The linen was of high standard and beds very comfortable. I would bring your own corkscrew/waiters's friend - the one provided was useless and the electric one questionable. For non-American visitors - most local wine is corked and not screw top. The pool & hot tub were perfect - heating worth the cost! We had to get someone out to explain how to heat pool & spa as it seems they can't run concurrently. No written instructions...perhaps something to provide next time? I cannot praise the Vacasa Team enough for their impressive service and assistance - we had a few small problems and someone was on site within 4 hours - very impressive. We would come again. We frequently visit Palm Desert. I reccommend it as a short getaway trip for people who don't mind the heat and looking for a different experience. It has a little bit for all ages and a good source for adventure.

Too many kids and the lazy river was filled with kids and...

Too many kids and the lazy river was filled with kids and couldn't even more sitting in the tubes. Kids walking around in the river while in the tubes and splashing and kicking water in my face. Gave us the wrong room key card and wrote it down wrong. Never again, ever!

We go to Desert Hot Springs for the mineral water. The place we stayed last was great, but there's nothing to write home about in the town. In fact it feels a bit unsafe to go out at night. It's a short drive to Palm Springs however, so it's not a big problem.

Cathedral City is an excellent city to stay when you're staying in the Coachella valley. It is central to either the East valley or Palm springs area it's clean relatively safe with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. A great choice to stay for either business or pleasure families or traveling alone

Convenient location, stunning views. Front desk staff and wait staff were amazing. We came for a concert at the McClellan Theater, but decided we would come back just for the fun of it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Really bad customer service was put in a room with no AC...

Really bad customer service was put in a room with no AC working with 115 temp outside it took 3 phone calls and 2 conversations with manager to get moved to another room after we had moved all our belongings had we had to move them back to the car and to our new room in 115 heat. No one checked to see if we were ok in the new room bad hospitality really bad. Bad sewer smell coming from shower I also woke up next morning at 5:30am to find big long worms in the bathroom areas so disgusting. Adobe restaurant had bad service my husband got meal he didn’t order after waiting 1 1/2 hours he just took it. No management at restaurant he was on vacation. Morgan’s good, too overpriced for portions very small don’t go hungry to that restaurant you will leave hungry and broke.

Drug Addicts trading Bicycles in the back of the hotel when we first arrived. Watched the whole thing go down from the tinted windows of my car. Even worse FILTHY floors!!! I mean FILTHY! I took a shower walked out to my bed for about 5 seconds and my feet WERE STAINED BLACK! I Had to wear my socks the whole time or have a towel under my feet.(picture shown).Drawers were worn out and dirty and so was the refrigerator! There was also fruit flies hanging out with us the entire time... not a lot but enough to make it feel even less clean. So the SAFETY level at this place didn't feel that great at all!. I honestly can say I heard loud conversations at all hours of the day and especially from the hours of 1am-5am outside my room Not COOL for a Thursday night... Also The most fascinating thing I've ever seen when it comes to a smoke alarms..... They had it all caged off and screwed down to the roof of the room. Dam people must be trading bicycles and staying there at the same time huh?!

We didn't venture from the house except to the grocery store and Wendy's, both of which were close by. Our standard - on-the-way-home breakfast spot is The Broken Yolk Cafe and it was about 5 minutes away. The house is in a nice neighborhood - very quiet and well maintained.
