Friendly service, definitely one of the best in Vietnam price quality wise. Facilities are good, check in was in the middle of the night, washing of clothes also possible as well as scooter rental. Also pool table and guitar at the hotel makes the accomodation a plus.

Everything was perfect!! The staff are so helpful and always ready to help you with a smile. I was greeted warmly and shown to my room which was very comfortable and had all that I needed. I also rented my bike from here which was a very good decision. I did not have my international driving license but the staff were able to supply me with a stamped document that allowed me to drive freely around the Ha Giang loop. They were also very helpful to provide a friend of mine with the same document despite him renting a bike from elsewhere. The bikes are brand new, well maintained, serviced and spotless. The staff also advised on the best route to take around the loop and where to stop for the best views (we opted to drive it ourselves so needed guidance) If I were to visit Ha Giang again I would stay at this place without a flicker of doubt.

Very good position, located in a very quiet and nice new block of the city. Hotel is recently build and all new. Staff is very kind and friendly, the breakfast was really good, we got served a freshly made scrambled egg ban mì with coffe. The hotel offers a locked place to store your motorbike, having two bikes with us this was very convenient. Beds are comfortable as are the blackest, shower has moderate pressure but most importantly hot water for a reasonable time shower.

Accommodation was decent. The owner is supercool guy, he gave us everything we need in addition he let us to leave our luggage at accommodation for free. The breakfast was more than good. I suggest this accommodation to everyone who is going to Ha Giang loop. After our arrival from bike trip he also offered us free shower and we could wait for our bus. Thank you!

I recently had a fantastic experience at HaGiangGo Hostel, and I can confidently give it a perfect 10/10 rating. It was clean and the location right beside the busstation is just perfect. But most important for me: Renting a motor was a breeze – hassle-free and convenient. More than reasonable in pricing. No weird deposits or whatever. Tom, deserves special mention for his outstanding assistance when we arrived and when we returned from the loop. He had some tips for the route and that was everything I needed. His helpful and attentive nature truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend HaGiangGo for a seamless and enjoyable rental.

The property is stunning, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. Our room was extremely spacious and very clean – truly a pleasure to stay in. The staff were kind, especially the Supervisor, who took excellent care of us. The infinity pool overlooking the mountains is magnificent. We also enjoyed the cooking class service, which was an interesting, enriching, and fun experience. The walk to the nearby tea farm was very pleasant, and the tasting experience is not to be missed. We rested and relaxed – two perfect days!

Best resort experience, deserves a two night stay but one night was enough for us to cherish the place. The staff were very helpful especially the young lady vien who helped us with the route to reach ha giang even after checking out from their resort. She was constantly in touch through watsapp making sure that we were taking the right roads because the main roads shown in Google maps were under repair.

Shortly after our arrival my husband became very unwell and he collapsed in the room. The staff were incredible. My husband was taken by ambulance to the local hospital and a staff member came with us to interpret for us. The director of the hotel also came to the hospital with food for us. Their kindness was greatly appreciated during a very stressful time.

Everything. Lila Inn is such good value, the dorm rooms are cheap, and so clean and extremely comfortable. The place is super modern, and the bathroom/showers are very clean and always hot water. Location is central and staff are extremely frank helpful. They also arrange Ha Giang Loop tours/easy riders. Highly recommended this place.

The city is a typical Vietnamese city: everything you need in a crammed space. The big draw of HaGiang is the starting point for the Ha Giang Loop, by motorcycle, bike or backpack. Absolutely outstanding natural beauty.

Meo Vac is in a stunning part of the Ha Giang loop the scenery is breathtaking!! . BUT BE WARNED... most of the featured so called 26 or more "HOMESTAYS " are in a totally artificial new, so called brand new "VILLAGE" outside and completely cut off from the town of Meo Vac itself. This seems to be a very popular choice with Vietnamese tourists but we found it quite bizarre.. and nightly Karaoke is a speciality.!!! a sort of sanitised Disneyland version of what it should be.. The "Homestay village" is a tourist trap and very expensive!! and totally unreal!!!. There are real Homestays in the town where you can get the feel of the real Vietnam...

Loved the views and the tranquillity. Cannot recommend highly enough. Wish we stayed longer. Pack some insect repellent as the mozzies are on the bite. The hosts were fantastic and the price is reasonable.

The famous Lo Lo Chai community village is impressive,...

The famous Lo Lo Chai community village is impressive, however it’s been boost up mostly to travelers demands. Nevertheless, the next door Then Pa village is 5-6 minutes ride on motorbike, right beneath the Flag tower…is great balance of staying in the community and being separated of the main living facilities of community members, who didn’t convert their houses into cafe or homestay. The price could be considered too high for Vietnam, however the experience worth it to stay there, and remember that facilities are decent for this amount comparing to Europe or other places in Aisa with high rates. Worth to mention that this region is known as “thirsty region” be mindful with water consumption at the place. Hope this review helps you, enjoy your stay!

The bus trip from Hanoi is a bit of a challenge but once you get here, that seems irrelevant. A peaceful place provided you find suitable accommodation, preferably in a homestay away from the main part of town.

Words cannot describe this amazing experience. The guide and drivers were beyond friendly and extremely considerate of their riders especially on the bumpy roads and the honestly in Dong Van was stunning. The views seen at every stop was beyond breathtaking and fun to be had at night with happy water and Kareoke. Was the absolute highlight of my time in Vietnam and I would fully encourage others to add it to their must do list.
