The staffs especially the 2 boys at receptionist. With the amount price i have paid i felt like the service is 5 star. The boys literally help me carry my luggage and I didnt even call them to take my luggage upon checking out. Besides that, they help me out finding spa and also grab. They went extra miles to give the best service. Plus point. The free laundry service. Despite the location is at the back alley. Its actually quiet at night. I have a good sleep.

Very nice hotel in HCM district 1. Located in an alley away from the noise of the main street. The staff are all so lovely and friendly. The hotel provides free laundry 😍 and also a foot soak tub in the evening, which was a lovely surprise. The king size bed is super comfortable, and we are able to access english TV channels. The reception staff helped to order a grab for us to get to the airport 👍👍

The service was amazing and the location was in a garden of Eden. Rooms were beautiful and lovely size. They took into account that I was disabled and put us in a room on the ground level very close to the restaurant which was extremely appreciated. It was a birthday weekend for my wife and they meticulously planned everything with balloons and a banner in the bedroom on arrival and a beautiful cake. We all had a wonderful massage. The attention to detail made this five star hotel well earned write down to them waving and then uniformly bowling as the boat pulled away from the jetty. Nice touch. Wandering around the resort you would have no idea how big the place actually was because it was so overflowing with greenery. A Special shout out for Drew and Nhi who really went out of their way to look after us.

Noisy bustling city with heavy traffic. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Lots of places to shop. Some nice sights in the city. Big Red Bus good at locating these and getting a feel of the city. Some nice green park areas. Lots of markets.

Don't understimate the need for cash.

Don't understimate the need for cash. If you arrive at an awkward time, make sure to book a safe taxi in advance, I was robbed by a taxi driver I chose at the airport because I only had a big note so long story short, he kept the change. Stay away from Ben Thanh market to buy things or stick to fixed-price shops only when buying there, or make sure you know for sure what you're willing to pay before haggling, otherwise it can be very overwhelming. Go to supermarkets to get any type of food you want to bring back. Grab a motorbike food tour if you can, it's a great way to experience the mad traffic and to see areas you probably wouldn't see on your own. Take your time to see the War Remnants Museum, and make sure you read about the history of the country before you go because it is incredibly rich and complex. Don't try egg coffee anywhere because it can be a great disappointment, do your research!
