Amazing location just across from the entrance to the Cable car. Absolutely amazing staff. Really helpful. Always going above and beyond for their guests. Changed our room so we could watch the late fireworks with our 5 year old daughter. Complementary tour and cable car tickets which included access to Aquatopia. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Sunset Town again.

The hotel is quite new and has a uniqe italian atmosphere. Even though ee are in vietnam, we liked this style. Our room had a very nice see view, where you can see the while sunset town and the sunset! Breakfast we could order from menu, which was beeing in a restaurant every morning, it was fine and delicious too. We have to mention the extraordinary staff, who made our holiday even more enjoyable. They recommended and organised programs as well! Compliment to the team!

Our stay at this charming boutique hotel in Sunset Town was truly unforgettable. The highlight of our visit was the incredibly friendly manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. Whether we had a special request or just needed some local tips, he was always there to help. We opted for a room with a harbor view, and it was definitely the best decision! Every night, we enjoyed stunning views of the fireworks from our window—such a magical touch to the evenings. While the room was on the smaller side, it didn’t bother us at all. Sunset Town is packed with so much entertainment, we barely spent any time (except for sleep) in the room anyway. Breakfast was delicious, offering à la carte selection of Western dishes. On our last morning, we had to leave early and couldn’t enjoy breakfast at the restaurant, but the hotel kindly provided us with a tasty lunch box, which was much appreciated. A great bonus was the free tickets to the cable car and the aquapark, along with access to the skijet show at the Kissing Bridge. Both experiences were absolutely amazing and added an extra layer of fun to our stay. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service, great views, and unforgettable experiences. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

Hotel was new, rooms were clean and spacious. There was a nice modern super mart nearby. The host/receptionist was absolutely brilliant. Drove me everywhere I wanted to go within the range of his electric golf buggy. He was very kind and accommodating.

The buffet breakfast was great, room was spacious and clean. It is located beside a mini mart and nearby the bus stop. The night market is just at the end of the road, it is reachable by foot but recommended to go by bus. Also special thanks to Mr Hau, who was stationed at a counter beside the reception. He was very friendly and polite, provided exceptional transportation services at a reasonable price

The lush, peaceful environment was perfect for unwinding after busy workdays. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fantastic mountain view. My kids loved the pool and the small organic vegetable garden. Breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the fresh fruit juices. We’ll definitely come back!

South got better island holiday vibes than the north.

South got better island holiday vibes than the north. North feel more cold artificial. Late November 2025. Only stayed north (radisson blue) and south (premier residences khem emerald beach) - did not visit the middle part of the island. Free show at 9pm at Grand World free entry in the north. Free kiss of the bridge complimentary by hotel in the south. Also did the cable car. Cool views. Both shows are ok. Grand world a bit more spectacular but no must. Wouldn’t pay full price for kiss of the bridge show - very bad story telling - robot aliens dog and dugong like for kids, fireworks after, which might be viewable from a location close by, were great though. Ate in resort in north. Great Chinese Fu Lu Kang in the south (traditional coming from Asian roots). Also ate at a seafood place outside beach hotel area 8/10. Used grab to go around no problem

Ha Tien is an interesting area, sprawled out along the ocean, consisting of waterfront, restaurants, beaches, and swimming areas. places to drive and walk and explore. I have fun on my motorbike, ranging all over the area and felt quite safe. There are newer, developing areas and older established areas. The downtown areas seem to have pretty basic hotels not many foreigners here as it’s a favourite for Vietnamese people to visit during the holiday holidays.

The Town is great.

The Town is great. Upon exiting the airport, we got a very nice Taxi Driver who understood our requests and was also very accommodating. The price of our hotel was cheaper than Grab. We rented scooters to explore the Island and that was an experience on its own due to taking the wrong turn. The night life in the Town is good. Most Restaurants are good and acceptable to cheap prices can be seen on their menu. The weather was also good during our stay. We needed a good place to relax from a busy market experience in Ho Chi Minh. Another highlight was a trip to the Town where we experienced a water show and a fire works show which is free but you need to buy a drink or food from a restaurant if you want front seats. The same taxi Driver took us back to the Airport, which was also a good trip. We could not experience the entire Island but the experience was great.

A good place for 2-3 day breaks.

A good place for 2-3 day breaks. The traditional part of the town is a good place to walk round. The streets are not crowded. There is a large ‘CoopMart’ supermarket for supplies. There are 1 or 2 western style cofffee shops to relax in such as the “Everyday” coffee shop which sits just back from the water. At night there are a number of large modern and smart Asian restaurants. A lot of money is being devoted towards developing not just this coastal part of Vietnam but also the adjoining coastal region of Cambodia.

Travelled around for a month... most places was amazing and people so friendly dispite the language barrier... LOVELY PLACE, West side with sunsets and east with early mornings and sunrise. The cherry was kim 2 up north , a family run resort where kindness and service was superb. We will be back
