The hotel is really great! The room was clear and everything we needed was presented. Also, the hosts are extremely nice! They speak both Russian and English, so there were no communication problems at all. As for the hotel’s location, it is a quiet street near the city centre (approximately 20 minutes by foot). There are some cozy cafes around where you can have a breakfast.

Very nice hotel with a great location in Da Lat. We had a huge premium room with pool and sauna. Very fresh facilities and lot’s of space. A la carte breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly especially the lady serving breakfast (also sometimes in reception). She was wonderful.

It was below expectations! The room was overlooking the windows of another hotel so we could see each other in the room. In order to have a good view, you had to pay another 33% of the price. We found it to be a very big difference! Well positioned near the Night Market and the Market with all kinds of products, but you had to climb many steps every day to get to the hotel. The staff is not as friendly as in other hotels in Vietnam, this being the fifth hotel I have stayed at. Very good and diverse breakfast with both Vietnamese and European food. What we didn't like were the rollaway beds. He actually moves around the room with us. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel in any country. The quality-price ratio was not good at all, only the breakfast saved the situation.

This is a unique hotel , perfectly restored luxury ( French style) it’s so special yet calm and welcoming - spacious room monogrammed linen -great value for Monet ( you would pay lot for this in Europe) Nha front desk manager and her team were professional and helpful - high tea included everyday and excellent breakfast - a pleasant surprise I felt like a prince everyday : highly recommended don’t miss it as part of your Dalat experience

We had an excellent stay at Ngoc Phat Dalat Hotel. The hotel very is centrally located, walking distance or short taxi ride to most things in Dalat. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The staff are excellent - kind, friendly and ready to assist you with anything you need. Highly recommended if you are staying in Dalat. Thank you!

We went to Ana Mandara Resort during the Lunar New Year and so, paid a bit more than the normal price. It was totally worth it! It's a beautiful resort with friendly and clearly well-trained staff. They were very helpful with everything. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms gorgeous. The pool is also heated, so we could swim during the cold rainy days. What a treat!

The Hpotel is Very Very Centrally Located with the Central Square & Night Market right outside. Breakfast was Sumptuous. On informing the Staff of Checking Out Early in the morning at 0430h the Staff, on its own, offered to & provided Hot Packed Breakfast breakfast for us.

We have travelled to Vietnam twice now.

We have travelled to Vietnam twice now. Dalat is now one of our favourite places to visit. Friendly local people, beautiful countryside and walks around the city. We recommend staying at a home stay rather than a big hotel chain. More authentic and the money will hopefully go to the local people rather than big companies.

Da Lat is cooler than coastal Vietnam, but it is lush and colourful. There are many things to do in Da Lat, it is the growing area for food, fruit, flowers, coffee etc. but it also has plenty of attractions for the adventurer. Da Lat is quieter than the big city locations and the air is cleaner. There are big markets selling food and clothing and it seems many Vietnamese visitors come to the town as well.

So glad we picked Dalat as our holiday destination in our maiden trip to Vietnam. Loved the fact that it is not too touristy compared to the other states, and there are good number of nice eateries and cafes with great food and delicacies. The locals are friendly eventhough many couldn't speak English - but it's not a language barrier when you have Google translate :) Dalat is indeed a city of eternal spring - even when it was a relatively wet season when we visited (early September), weather had really been cool and lovely most days, and it'd only rained towards the evening / night.
