The hotel is really great! The room was clear and everything we needed was presented. Also, the hosts are extremely nice! They speak both Russian and English, so there were no communication problems at all. As for the hotel’s location, it is a quiet street near the city centre (approximately 20 minutes by foot). There are some cozy cafes around where you can have a breakfast.

This Boutique Hotel goes out of it's way to make my stay pleasurable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The owner and his wife greeted me kindly. I cannot say enough about the room itself with private swimming pool, Sauna and Japanese style Ofuru soaking tub. Everything was top of the line.

Perfect place. Very cozy and comfortable. The room is big and warm. It's easy to get to the center. There is a very good coffee in front of the hotel. Strongly recommend the hotel and the cafe. Everything of this hotel is perfect. It was beyond my expectation. I didn't wanna leave this place. We had the room with a balcony which was lovely but other rooms are good enough, since you can use the common terrace to eat and chill. The receptionist was friendly and the lady (owner) was so kind to us.
