The owner and his family are the cutest! We arrived from the night bus super early and we could check in at 5am and sleep for some hours. He was also super helpful booking a bus to Hoi An. The breakfast is included and there's free drinkable water. The room and toilets were clean and the location is good, very close to the lake. We loved our stay, great value for money!

    The room was exactly the same as the pictures. Great view of the lake! It is near a main road which worried me slightly, but with the doors closed at night there was surprisingly no noise. The bed was great too. Oh and the rooms have carpet! Don't underestimate how rare and how nice a change it is to have carpet in Vietnam. The best included breakfast buffet of the whole trip too I think. So many choices! The location is perfect for walking around the lake area. Good value, nice hotel and wished we could have stayed another night, but it was fully booked.

    This is a unique hotel , perfectly restored luxury ( French style) it’s so special yet calm and welcoming - spacious room monogrammed linen -great value for Monet ( you would pay lot for this in Europe) Nha front desk manager and her team were professional and helpful - high tea included everyday and excellent breakfast - a pleasant surprise I felt like a prince everyday : highly recommended don’t miss it as part of your Dalat experience

    This is a perfect place to enjoy mother nature amidst tranquillity and the beauty of Tuyen Lam Lake. I only stayed 1 night which is a mistake. I shpuld have stayed 2 nights; of which I will spend one full day just chilling by the picturesque lake views the resort offers. A special shout out to Ms Nghi from reception for your very kind help and excellent service! 😀👍👍🙏 I will be back to Terracota for sure!!

    The property is a bit far from the city hub but the little extra travel time is worth it. True to its name, this hotel is perfect for finding peace and tranquility amidst a picturesque backdrop.     Da Lat is like a different country in Vietnam. The weather is mild and the wilderness is a ten minute drive away. After seeing the attractions like the waterfalls and everything else. I enjoyed walking around the lake for some much needed exercise. Da Lat is unique. Da Lat is stunning.
