A fantastic hotel, clean, nicely decorated in Vietnamese style with a very nice and efficient staff always with a smile and trying to help and inform you in everything you need, the rooms are very spacious and the beds are huge and very comfortable! The breakfast very delicious and of high quality with a great variety for all tastes , an excellent surprise ! Very close to the center and the emblematic promenade by foot. They lend you the bicycles for free to go around the center which is highly appreciated. In brief we loved our stay and we will not hesitate to return ... and to recommend it to our friends.

Everything! The location, as it was calm and very centric, the new facilities, free bikes for touring the city, good taste in decoration, moreover the personalized service was the best. The staff always took care of us, from the begging explaining options in Hoi An, helping us arrange transportation, providing us with options to visit around, perfect breakfast, and their spa services were the best we had in Vietnam. We chose the honeymoon package, very relaxing! We spent a month visiting Asia for our honeymoon and this was the perfect place to close our vacation adventure. Thank you to the staff helping us to have a memorable stay in Hoi An , we would love to come back and stay at this hotel.

Everything. It was clean, exactly like the picture. But the best think was Robert (Chum), the hotel manager. He and his wife were so kind, they welcomed us with food and drinks. During our stay we received some sad personal news and Robert was so thoughtful and it really warmed our hearts. He even bought us sandwiches to take with us to our flight at 4 am. Truly the best hotel we've stayed at.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Vinpearl Resort Nam Hoi. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-designed. The outside pool is enormous and has a separate area for kids. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options! For toddlers and kids, there is an indoor and outdoor playing area with slides, swings, and lots of toys. But most importantly, the staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful. From Hong Linh and the the other waiters and waitresses at breakfast to the entire reception, cleaning, and room service staff, we were always greeted by everyone with a smile and helped with any question we had! This really made us enjoy a wonderful holiday. Overall, we had an excellent stay and hope to come back soon!

    Breakfast was good. The customer service was exceptionally good. They are willing to help and serve you anytime of the day. The place was quiet and peaceful. We had privacy and the pool was clean and big. The villa is so spacious. And of course the free laundry! And also we were served mango smoothie and iced coffee anytime we requested. We also requested for early check in, and they managed to fulfill our request with an amazing welcome drink. Totally worth every penny. Good experience and amazing environment! Thank you so much!     Everything about our stay here was just perfect. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We loved coming back after exploring the town. Also loved the food they serve here. Breakfast had many options for everyone and dinner was very delicious as well. The pool area is amazing and I can´t even find the right words to say how absolutely amazing are all the staff. It was my birthday during our stay here and they even surprised me with a birthday cake. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

    Simple quaint town with easy food and transport. Food was awesome and plenty to choose from. About 2 night's stay is sufficient leaving days to spend elsewhere in the area. Souvenir and craft shops looked really good, be prepared to bargain a little but most owners are not overly aggressive. Nice views by the river for sunsets. Sunrise is early at 5.30am and jogging around to explore is possible and fairly safe too.

    The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

    If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a...

    If you want to get a feel for a sleepy town which is not a tourism magnet then this is a place to experience a real local town in Vietnam. Add to that the Quang Nam museum in the center of town is very interesting to visit. Hopefully there will be more information for foreign visitors around! The beach is not that far and it is worth to rent a bike or car and spend sometime around some of the villages around the coast there. They have a lot of characters. The food in Tam Ky, especially seafood is awesome too!

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people.

    We rented the entire property for a group of 6 people. Everyone has their own room and bathroom which was great and the bedrooms are very comfortable and large with very big beds and phenomenal air conditioning. Communal areas need work tho!! We couldnt enter the kitchen due to a horrific smell from our arrival and there was no plave to relax by the pool. Outdoor furniture would be good. Overall, in particular due to air conditioning, we enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive via whatsapp but not sure Id recommend due to lack of quality communal space, mass of bedding and cleaning ongoing on upper level and fowl kitchen.

    The Ancient Town is still great for a day or (maximum) two, but the whole place has become over commercialized. If I were to return, I'd probably stay near An Bang (quieterz has better and cheaper food, proximity to an o-kay beach) as it is easy to get a Grab and commute back and forth.

    An Bang beach is the perfect base for a visit to Hoi An. It’s lovely to have the beach for the day with the town being only a 10 minute taxi away for the night time lanterns. It's a beautiful beach - golden sand, warm sea, gently shelving so v safe for kids. Lots of lovely beach bars and restaurants but not a glitzy party place. More low key and family friendly.

    The staff were very helpfull and polite. We didnt want for anything. They advised us on the best places to go. They provided a lovely breakfast for us every morning. Beautiful rooms, the view was awsome over looking the river. Recommend staying here

    This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

    This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip
