ItalyThis place is amazing! We stayed in the safari tent which had everything you could need and was overlooking the river. It was so peaceful! Sophia was always available for anything we needed and was so welcoming. Will definitely go again!

AustriaKlein Plekkie is an incredibly beautiful and cozy place to come down. You can be completely at one with nature here in a beautiful secluded spot. It was wonderful to paddle out in a canoe and watch the birdlife. We also loved the beautiful location in the lemon grove. Nicky was an extremely welcoming and lovely hostess. The Addo National Park is easily accessible from here. 10/10

Hidden in Addo and close to Addo elephant park, you reside on citrus farm, enjoying spacious rooms with the option of interior and exterior shower. The interior has been managed with love and dedication by the owners, one example which makes South Africa so special. Freddie, the friendly hotel manager arranges everything for you, the parking, the check in, the breakfast and dinner. When he recognized that we were interested in the birds at the breakfast veranda (weaver birds, red bishops, ducks, kingfishers) he arranged a breakfast table directly under the weaver tree. For dinner he played the piano and accompanied the excellent food (lamb shank) with a bottle of South Africa red wine. We slept into one of the tipical house which is absolutely wonderful. Candice welcomed us in a very friendly way and we felt at home far away from our home. We ate very well at the restaurant. The houses, together with the restaurant, the vegetable garden and the school are connected to a project to traine future chefs, receptionists, and so on. Here young men and women are getting French, maths, English, etc. Lessons and are prepared for the world of work. Rian arranged a day safari with the most wonderful prepared Braai and Alan spent the day with us going out of his way to show us as many animals as possible. We stayed in the two bed Cottage which was so beautiful with views over the plantation from the deck, the cottage was spotless and had everything that you could need and loads more. We liked the venue. The environment is beautiful. The road was a challenge, but we knew that we had to come with a 4x4 vehicle and the men knew how to drive on a 4x4 route. Addo was lovely, and the map was easy to navigate.
Addo was lovely, and the map was easy to navigate. I could easily do two days in the Addo and it's full of surprises. Make sure to go to the bathroom at the beginning, because toiletbreaks are far inbetween. Make sure your devices are fully charged and you have backup, because you'll be taking a lot of pics. Everything was quite on point. From the receptionist service to the restaurant food and the tour around the park and service from the tour guide. Enjoyable, you will enjoy this if you love nature but probably go for the morning tour, there may be lions then.Guest review byDingiswayo
