It felt like Italy, the restaurant on site made it easy to grab a proper meal, no need for Uber or unhealthy fast food, we enjoyed juicy and soft lamb chops, the beer was ice cold. The room was roomy and high water pressure showers. We had a small issue in the room, but they were quick to respond and solve it, I am very impressed.

Sheppard Boutique is always exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and the food from the Grill house restaurant is out of this world. When you sit on the deck of the restaurant or by the pool, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Serene, peaceful and a great spot to unwind. Definitely our favourite place to stay in Nelspruit.

    After 4 months of travel, we arrived here very tired. The best thing I did during my 4 months of travel was to book here. There has never been a place like this and it will never be. Even the staff and guests I met here were kind and very nice people. I was really sad to leave here. This place became my future dream that I really want to come again. Thank you all. Thank you so much!!! next time we meet, I will learn a lot of English! I couldn't express my whole heart because I was not good at English. (Dinner here was great happiness and healing. Best food)

    Nelspruit is a well run city, s gateway for anyone passing...

    Nelspruit is a well run city, s gateway for anyone passing through to Maputo-mozambique, Limpopo, the Kruger Park. The one bad thing about the place is lack of taxi services like Bolt or Uber locally. One has to do with the local minibus taxis which do not always service some areas and operate at set hours. There are some operators but charge speculative fares due to the absence of app based taxis. I'm told this is due to minibus taxi operators blocking their activities. An example is going to/fro the airport which is problematic, or going to Maputo. There are few options.

    Gorgeous escarpment and unusual rock formations.

    Gorgeous escarpment and unusual rock formations. Great to see the wild horses and visit the magnificent waterfall. Excellent restaurant with the best Eisbein and beef goulash at Bohemian. Wonderful Sunday afternoon music too. Nice to meander through the village streets. We were lucky to see the Autumn leaves turning so delightful colours everywhere.

    Schoemanskloof is a beautiful area with stunning views and Waterfalls. There is a lot of nice affordable accomodation as well. We stayed at Klipinnibos which were absolutely wonderful!! There is a lot of hiking possibilities around the area with a lot of shade.

    The facilities are exactly as advertised. Access was easy, host proactive and well communicative. Though she offers self-checkin, she holds your hand through the process. The place is 40min from Kruger National Park where all the fun is at. A must check out certainly

    We received a whatsapp message from the owner with...

    We received a whatsapp message from the owner with directions and instructions when we get there. we followed the instructions only to get to the lodge and there was no one to sign Mr Mbhele in. numerous calls were made to the owner and the calls were not answered. Mr Mbhele ended up leaving the property to find alternative accommodation, an hour later the owner called saying he couldnt take the call as he was in a meeting. surely he knew he was expecting a guest, and after seeing 15 calls you should know there is an emergency, you excuse yourself from the meeting and deal with you guest. Instead he ask why did Mr Mbhele not get out of his car and ask around, who does that. you are from a long trip, you are tired, all you want to do is take a shower, have a meal and go sleep, here you asking why he didnt ask around, ASK WHO??? Its not like he frequents this place.

    we went to do a marathon near nelspruit and made it a get away as well to see waterfalls around the area and we visited a few places in all the small towns around sabie, graskop, and took a trip on the long tom pass. Wish we had more time to see more but defnitely worth our time spent in area.if you love nature ....mountains, waterfalls and nature captured a great memory for us to remember.

    NOTHING WRONG WITH THE HOST. HE TRIED HIS BEST TO ACCOMMODATE US. BOOKING.COM MADE A DOUBLE BOOKING. THE HOST OFFER US HIS OWN BEDROOM EN SUITE. WE BOOKED TWO ROOMS BECAUSE WE WERE 3 PEOPLE. THIRD PERSON HAD TO SLEEP ON FLOOR. I HOLD BOOKING.COM RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. YOU TOOK THE MONEY FOR TWO ROOMS BUT WE ONLY GOT ONE.

    I liked the game tour honestly I liked everything about pumba except the little incident of not having water on the last day we had to drive back without shower but luckily we stay around otherwise it would have been a long travel without shower maybe if we can have a backup for such cases
