Cosy, stylish, quiet and peaceful. Saw some monkeys and mongooses. Best Wi-Fi in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot tub. Cute animal ornament and hand woven plates for souvenirs. Books. We spent 5 nights and felt very comfortable every time we came back from a long day exploring - would definitely come back!

Clean and well kept hotel with a good location (walking distance to Vic Falls national park 2,5 km - safe walk). Extremely friendly and helpful staff. This hotel was so close to the bars and had such good wifi that I could use it while out for dinner and drinks. The beds were amazing, and the showers were lovely. Didn't explore the hotel too much, but the rooms were nice and probably the best value in the area.

Very sweet quaint little property with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay! Rooms were good size and opened into the central courtyard. Hot water was always available. they helped arrange an evening safari for us since we were landing in the afternoon and was a great experience, the game drive and the dinner were just amazing! The staff is very helpful! They go out if their way to help you. Laundry service was great and quick! Over all we loved the property and the experience!

I had a really great time staying at this hotel. Everything was smooth and well taken care of. The staff helped me plan and arrange all my activities, which made things super easy and stress-free. Big shoutout to Zulu, the tour guide! He was amazing – always around with helpful tips, great suggestions, and local recommendations that made my trip truly unforgettable. Thank you Zulu for making everything so enjoyable! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

We received fantastic service from the moment we landed at the airport to the moment we checked in our luggage to leave. One of our bags was lost in transit and the lodge arranged to get the bag collected from the airport for us and delivered it to our room. All staff were very friendly and made sure to stop and talk to you everyday. Any request was not an issue. We had amazing trips organised for us so we didn't have to do anything but enjoy our holiday.

Wow, what a magical place. The hotel is recently renovated to an exceptional standard and well appointed. The staff are super friendly and welcoming creating a wonderful atmosphere in this very special place. We stayed here in July 2025 as family of 4 with children in their late teens and had a fabulous 3 days relaxing in the peace and tranquility surrounded by wildlife coming through the nearby water hole. Highly recommend.

Seeing the falls was a highlight.

Seeing the falls was a highlight. The evening river cruise was excellent. The helicopter flight over the falls was excellent. The Victoria Falls hotel is delightful. The 3 monkeys bar and grill is a winner for a show-stopping pizza. Victoria Falls is fairly expensive compared to other places in Africa I have visited. Everything is paid for in $US usually at inflated prices. Livingstone was fairly grimy and run down but crossing the border over the bridge is a great experience. The street hawkers and touts are unbearable at times.

Fantastic experience especially Livingstone Island swim to the edge. Expensive activities and entry fees in US dollars for international visitors- be careful not to kill the golden goose. Wages compared with prices do not compute, even for coffees!

Victoria Falls is simply amazing.

Victoria Falls is simply amazing. It's always been on my bucket list and I am so happy that I finally managed to visit. From arrival to departure everything was so seamless and easy. the place is beautiful and safe. The falls, definitely something to experience. Will definitely visit again.
