Cosy, stylish, quiet and peaceful. Saw some monkeys and mongooses. Best Wi-Fi in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot tub. Cute animal ornament and hand woven plates for souvenirs. Books. We spent 5 nights and felt very comfortable every time we came back from a long day exploring - would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. Amenities, decor, rooms and all tasty meals served on patios with views on the luscious garden that stole my heart! How ever, the trump card of Pioneers is the well trained, efficient staff who carry you on their hands from the moment you arrive. They make feel special and will attend to you with their friendly smiles at all times. Thank you all for making our stay special.     We loved everything about our stay at Nguni Lodge. It is a small lodge in quiet, peaceful surroundings. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in on our trip. The gardens and pool are well maintained. The bar area is comfortable and a lovely space to relax away from your room. All meals are available but we only ate breakfast at the lodge. so I can’t comment on the lunch or dinner menus. Breakfast options were limited but provided enough to set you up for a day of activity. All the staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to handle any requests for assistance. I would highly recommend Nguni Lodge for your stay in Victoria Falls.

    The room was beautiful and the customer service was exceptional. It is a safe 30 minute walk to town, or short taxi ride. There is a convenience store and restaurant very close by. Other reviews mentioned negatives such as no fridges or tvs in the rooms but these are intentional decisions by the lodge to encourage guests to spend time outside of their rooms enjoying the tranquil gardens, pool and bar. The decision to provide pitchers of filtered water in place of single use plastic bottles is also intentional. A wonderful experience, special mention to Clive and Charles for the extra effort in food and bev.

    We stayed in the apartment. It is an older apartment but is big & spacious & has everything you need. It is perfect for a family. The breakfast was great. Plenty of food & they cook your eggs to order. The staff were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. There wasn’t a request too big. The driver, Pardon, was the highlight for us. Awesome man! Only a 5min drive into town & only $5USD for a taxi. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. The wifi was great. Not slow at all

    The visit is well organised with well marked and positioned viewing points. The pathways is well made although in a couple of spots a little steep - you need to be careful not to slip. Be prepared to get a bit wet from spray.

    Look out cafe is amazing!

    Look out cafe is amazing! Courtney Lodge is a great place to stay! Victoria Falls Discovery Tours are the best to take you to Chobe and to book you the Helicopter Tour of the mighty Vic Falls Want some amazing fine wildlife photos to take home, then visit Tami Walker Fine Art Gallery. The best bacon for breakfast is at Ilala Lodge. They also have amazing accommodation with wildlife coming right to your room window (if you are lucky to be placed on the ground floor.

    It's a wonderful place to visit, offering plenty of activities for both adults and kids. While things can be a bit pricey since everything is in USD, we had a fantastic experience in a clean city with friendly, accommodating people. We also felt very safe walking around.
