The food was absolutely excellent, the staff very friendly and welcoming, it felt like a home away from home. they went above and beyond for us, and it’s a little oasis!

There was a warm welcome from all the staff. We were greeted in a way that shows they care for their clients. Staff provided honest and correct information. For example, a local driver who could transport to sand bar(Manjuyod sandbar) also, good local seafood restaurant. The view across the sea was wonderful, providing a tranquil and yet stimulating environment. The comforting care made us feel at ho.me. The quality of service was second to none. The hotels cleanliness is exceptional

From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything about this place exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the staff at Giardino Romantico Hotel is exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, the team made me feel truly valued as a guest. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their genuine hospitality truly sets this hotel apart. The hotel itself is a hidden gem, tucked away in lush surroundings with enchanting gardens. The attention to detail in the interior design is remarkable, creating an ambiance that is both elegant and inviting. Every corner of the hotel exudes charm and sophistication, making it a pleasure to explore. The rooms at Giardino Romantico Hotel are simply stunning. They are spacious, allowing ample room to relax and unwind. The tasteful decor adds a touch of romance to the atmosphere, creating a cozy and intimate setting. The bathrooms are well-appointed and impeccably clean, featuring modern fixtures and luxurious amenities. The dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was a true delight. The attentive and friendly staff made the dining experience even more memorable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's pool. Surrounded by the captivating gardens, it provided a tranquil oasis where I could relax and soak up the sun. The pool area was well-maintained, offering a refreshing escape from the tropical heat.

Calm and relaxing beach resort

Absolutely stunning stay! The hotel was beautifully decorated, spotless, and filled with thoughtful details. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. Perfectly positioned right on the edge of the ocean, with a vibrant reef just steps away – the snorkelling was unforgettable. A peaceful, quiet escape in paradise.

The room was fantastic, right next to the ocean on the first floor with a beautiful and super clean room, comfy bed, friendly staffs, 2 mins walk to the whale shark, shower and toilet available for guests to use after/before check out, massage in room available... Beach is clean and beautiful. Everything is perfect.

Everything was perfect. However, this place couldn’t be as good as it was without the manager who was amazing and did everything to make us feel relaxed and welcome. I would definitely return! the bed was also very comfy.

Really great hotel! Super clean, great pool, facilities and rooms very well maintained. Delicious food at the restaurant. Could not have asked for a better place to stay :)

The Resort is set in a perfect, peaceful location above the sea shore looking across to Dumaguete. The facilities are excellent throughout and there is a lovely infinity pool. The rooms are very spacious each with private balconies. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Hotel staff and nurse are very kind and helpful for injured customer. Thanks for their help helps me a lot during the stay at the hotel.
