Great location, so central and in a really vibrant part of town with loads to do. We especially liked the nearby Tenement Museum. The hotel itself felt very safe, clean, and quiet, a little haven to return to each day. The rooftop bar was great, amazing views. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The bed was also especially comfy, high quality linen, great pillows, and plenty big enough to share with my sister.

The only things that could be improved would be a vegan option at breakfast, the only thing I could eat was the bananas, it would have been nice to have a pastry option. And the room was gorgeous and well designed despite being small, however, it could have more storage provision through hooks and shelves without taking up too much space or visual clutter. It was difficult to store all our clothes on the limited fold out storage unit.

The room was comfortable and clean The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Coffee available in reception in the morning was nice There were plenty of free parking spaces available The night shift guy on reception was fantastic. We arrived in the middle of the night and were shattered. He was so patient and understanding and explained everything to us and got us checked in quickly.

The location is great, very near the Subway 1, 2 and 3, so getting around the city was very convenient. It’s also very close to the Central Park. The room is nice and modern. The bakery in the lobby is tasty.

We were on the 9th floor and often it would take a long time for hot water to come in the shower. Someone checked it out and it was better for a day but mostly at nights we has this issue.

The location is in a rather rough neighbourhood; the room was tiny with just a little sanitary cell; a couple of things were broken (sink, iPad to control the room)

Lack of storage space. Untidy, lots of clutter from other people found in the drawers. Not particularly clean. Outdoor space was a mess with rubbish everywhere, so unfortunately we did not use it but had potential to be a lovely area. Some of the cupboard space was already full with other belongings. Rubbish found in drawers.
