    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Filthy disgusting furniture, walls tub. Made the mistake to turn on my blacklight flashlight. OMG looked like the room was covered in pee. Blankets had drops of liquid that glowed in blacklight. I would have left, but I was too tired to drive. Homeless guy sleeping in gazebo by pool and they let him stay. Only one working ice machine.

      The breakfast is the primary reason we stay here. The food is fantastic and the staff is always friendly. Connie our fav waitress and she's always chipper and helpful.

      I don't like that the door card has a "do not disturb" on one side and "maid service needed" on the other. I put the card on the door late at night and didn't read it. When we were barely awake, the housekeeper knocked, which irritated us. We didn't realize until later that the "maid service needed" side was facing out. It would be better to just have 1 card with "do not disturb," and no card present means housekeeping is needed. We find this is standard in most hotels.
