The location is excellent, with shops and bars within easy walking distance. Parking was convenient, and the room size was comfortable. One drawback is that the bathroom is shared, although during my stay it felt like we had it to ourselves, so it wasn’t much of an issue. The stay was on the expensive side, but considering it was a bank holiday weekend, the higher rates were understandable.

What I liked most about this stay was the free parking, which made things very convenient. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. The property is easily accessible and located very close to the airport, which is great for travelers. With a car, it’s also quick and easy to get around town.

There are so many problems. The issue is that you can report them to the managing company, but they just assume everything is user error and do absolutely nothing about it. There is a major problem with the doors to this property. The managing company thinks it’s just a matter of technique and that people aren’t getting it, but it’s not. There is a serious problem. Had I been there alone, I wouldn’t have been able to get in to begin with, and once inside, I would have had to leave it insecure. We only managed to lock through the sheer perseverance of my fiancé. The locks are broken and need changing. The woodburner also has issues. We lit it as the cabin was cold, and the entire cabin filled with smoke. We have a woodburner at home, so we understand about the flue, etc. There was literally smoke coming out of the pipe where screws should have been but were missing. This is a dangerous situation. The managing company just dismissed it as user error. Outside the cabin is basically a dumping ground. There’s a big pile of trash with glass and rubber in it, and there’s glass all over the ground and around the fire pit. This property needs some serious attention. Finally, the driveway is more than just rugged. It’s extremely long and very much off-road. I would not stay here again.

Rooms were dated. We stayed in a suite which we found good but needed updating - e.g seals on bathroom shower door worn, curtains dated and older carpets.

The breakfast is really restricted and particularly the drinks, black coffee out of a flask in a paper cup was the best offer ? Also breakfast service was patchy. Out room was upgraded to a courtyard room but was small with little floor space or storage.

Nice size room with great fridge but a huge noisy air con unit that was right by the bed, led to a broken nights sleep. Too much disposable plates cutlery etc at breakfast, felt like a picnic.
