I had a previous stay the week previous for 4 nights and had a great stay . Great size apartment, clean, and about 10 to 15 mins by car to downtown. Had another 1 night stay a few nights after the 1st stay and was given a 2 bed apartment which was massive with 2 bathrooms Be aware there is noise from the air ambulance during the night to the Vanderbilt hospital plus room 406 has alot of noise/ vibrating on the walk in wardrobe walls from the next door apartment so use earplugs is my advice for all the noise if you are a light sleeper I would have given this a 9 rating only for my experience over car parking and the lack of on site customer service and the slow responses via the chat in the app

Had an absolutely terrible time over car parking on my second stay. My first stay which ended on the a Saturday morning had 2 nights last minute parking added, so on my return on the Monday I added parking via the chat as the app wasnt allowing me to add it , the money waa taken from my card that morning by the person that added the parking for me . On arriving that evening I went to the apartment to collect the car park pass as I was told to do only to find it wasn't there ! I found a cleaner who spoke no English but he phoned a Sonder rep who informed me over the phone that they wouldn't be providing parking anymore. Was told id be refunded, no solution to where I was to park other than street parking at $4 an hour. Then the card I had supplied to pay for the car parking that morning was charged the apartment cost as I was trying to sort the car park issue out , even though I had paid the full amount to booking.com the start of this year. I lost nearly 2 hours of my last night in Nashville messaging Sonder by chat in their app waiting on slow replies and the stress was horrendous as to where to park and having money I had wished to use on my holiday being taken to pay for an already paid in full apathetic. The Sonder app was showing add parking even after I was told they was not doing parking anymore yet wasn't that morning ! I got a refund for car park and apartment but 4 days after this all happened

The property was close to the airport and the free shuttle service is great. If you’re coming in from overseas and don’t have cell coverage and only data it’s a bit tricky contacting the hotel from the airport it would be nice if they had a WhatsApp number. The hotel itself is a bit dated but was clean the room was clean. No free bottle water in the room. The bed was comfortable but it is in main highway so noisy throughout the night. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff are lovely.

Very large hotel on the Strip with amazing selection of facilities. Large and quiet clean room. Nice pool too. All staff were friendly and online checking/checkout was easy and saved time.

We could not sleep due to constant traffic noise from the freeways and freight trains. We have stayed across the road from international airports and didn’t hear a thing. This unit, which is not a penthouse as advertised, needs double glazing. Try to decipher the “black box at the stairwell” was a mission. There are about 50+ lock boxes secured to the handrail in the emergency exit stairwell. Then I had to find the one with “Black” written on it!! Trying to address these issues with Raymond fell on deaf ears and he had my money and didn’t give a damn. That night we booked into the Harthall Hotel and spent the rest of the remaining 2 nights there. Much nicer and cheaper than The Unit at The Gulch.
