Positive section of review
The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location of the apt was great - lots of restaurants n cafes nearby. There is a grocery store nearby - about 7 mins walk. The beds were large n comfortable. The bathroom was clean but a bit small with limited toiletries. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities as we ate out.

The apartment was on the second floor, with no lift. Also we had only one set of keys - so a little bit inconvenient when our teenage girls wanted to be out late as the keys are required to be in the apt to turn on the electricity. Overall they were minor issues and can be worked around.

Really lovely woman greeted us. Great space. Lovely breakfast options. Little kitchen and balcony were great to use for breakfasts and dinners. The metro is really close and there's buses that also take you into the centre really quickly.

The room was modern, very clean and in very good order. Staff are friendly. The location for us is perfect for our travels south. Good choice of food at breakfast

Our TV was programmed to speak German only and we couldn’t change it. The mini bar was missing a couple items according to your list. After a very long journey from southern Italy we were unable to eat as restaurant and bar were very busy by the time we arrived. Also there is no room service. There used to be a man who looked after the car park. We always felt reassured knowing our car would be safe so it’s a shame this service is no longer available.

The apartments are really beautiful, and the cleanliness was not bad. Overall, I would say the stay was decent.

However, the place already needs some maintenance, and in reality it looks better in the photos than it does on arrival. It was also quite difficult to communicate in English. I feel that the price is too high for what you get, as neither the breakfast nor the apartments themselves are worth that cost compared to other places. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very poor.

There was no hand wash, body wash, one toilet paper for 4 nights stay, almost no dishsoap. For over 100€ a night, I think this shouldn't happen.
