We had a great stay at Iconic Regency Service Residences. The apartment was modern, spacious and very clean, with a stunning rooftop infinity pool offering amazing views. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh choices, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. Special thanks to Joe Ann for her great support with our reservation. A perfect mix of comfort, value and location — highly recommend.

This place is a gem for this price. Well okay rooms are bit dated but they are super clean, aircon is good and garden around huts is nice. I noticed some people complain its far away from beach and difficult to reach. Truth is that path from main beach is actually 120 m long and max 8% elevation... I guess its too much for someone. overall a great experience

The sea view, near to amenities and CIQ Rooms are clean. The host always responds on time. The instructions guide for check-in and check out is clear and simple.

The connection for the internet is limited if you want to call for a grab or taxi via app as the area is still under construction (probably), so you will need to walk to the mall for transport.

Not value for money. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed did not feel properly cleaned. In addition, the windows and mirrors were covered with noticeable water marks, which gave the room a neglected appearance. This was not the standard of hygiene I expected from 4 star hotel.
