We were only staying one night so the fixed cleaning cost was quite hefty, but for us the location made up for that. The best value is if staying longer.

The condo’s most amazing feature is the view of the ever-changing Sphere. There is also lots of room - we especially liked the huge bathroom. And parking is free and simple - just choose any vacant spot.

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like, everyone within the hotel was very nice! The property itself was to my liking as well~

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here! The owner, Graham, was really accommodating and understanding during our stay. Aside from that, the place felt very spacious, cozy, and definitely picturesque. My favorite overall thing about the property is the balcony! We ate outside at the balcony during our trip and it was honestly very calming yet exciting as the view of the sphere kept us entertained. Overall, if I were to go back to Vegas I would for sure want to stay here again!

Perfect location just off of the strip. Close enough but away from the hustle and bustle. The sphere right outside of our windows was a bonus!

The only slight issue was our keycards not letting us in the apartment on the last night, but it got quickly resolved by the receptionist.

The apartment was spotless and furnished in a really stylish original manner. The view of the Sphere was breathtaking, you could watch it all day long. The location was also convenient and close to the Strip. We appreciated the amenities within the room, like the kettle and the bar. The host asked us frequently if everything was in order. If I were to choose where to stay in Vegas, I would gladly come here again:)

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t available, and the dismantling of the F1 caused a bunch of delays in getting in/out of the hotel. the kitchen had enough of the essentials to reheat food as we didn’t need to cook. TVs were a bit confusing, but we got the jist of how to work them after a bit of simple troubleshooting. The owner was very responsive. These things were a bit annoying, but enough to provide a 9/10 vs 10/10…

Furniture could be more comfortable More supples left like dishwasher detergent, more trash bags, paper towels, kitchen towels and access to some cleaning supplies.

Location Cleanliness I have updated my review as I forgot to mention the INCREDIBLE view of the Sphere. I stayed at the Venetian and the view of the Sphere was better from this unit. Also the balcony was amazing as many other hotels/condos do not have a balcony.

Everything was perfect.

The location was amazing , the views of the sphere were spectacular. The host was very accomodating and allowed us an early check-in, which was very much appreciated. Having an indoor and outdoor swimming pool was excellent especially in the Vegas heat.

The Sphere view was wonderful. The location is good. It is close to Sphere and strip but quiet. The condo is spacious and updated with comfortable bed, great bathroom, nice kitchen, excellent AC. Nice breakfast restaurant. Fun decor. Amazing view of Sphere from living room and bedroom.

Located close to our office - we enjoyed the quiet , no casino. Restaurant on property was perfect. Parking was simple, kitchen is well stocked if you want that. The room view was fantastic. The Sphere is in every window - added a little fun to our work day. We were very pleased to be able to use the balcony. Owner was very responsive and helpful.
