We ended up at this hotel unexpectedly after being left in another city during our trip in Morocco, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. From the moment we contacted them, the staff went above and beyond to help us—even assisting with booking a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely safe, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous—perfect for relaxing—and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. What truly made the difference was the incredible staff. They made us feel at home, accommodated all our needs, and even allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost while we waited for our new tour pickup. Huge thanks to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. You turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Ali and Fadma were incredible hosts! So attentive and caring, and the food was incredible!! They really go above and beyond for every guest. Highly recommend overall. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was okay; we really liked the towels and the fact that they provided actual shampoo. The staff was professional, welcoming and friendly. The riad is stunning.

An oasis of peace in Morrocco. We stop for one night at Kasbah Tamsna on our way to Merzouga. Everything was amazing. Grounds are so nice. Food was good. And there are little details everywhere that make that place incredible.
