I had a fantastic stay - the manager was so kind and helpful and the location was fantastic. I worked from the central area 2 of the days I was there, and the wifi worked really well. Also, as a solo traveler it was a good place to meet people. Highly recommend!

The property is new and it has a beautiful decoration. We loved the location and most importantly the staff. Saïd and Meryem were incredibly nice and helpful during our stay!!! You feel well taken care of. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked great.

Nice, close to nature style of decorate, true to picture. It's a riad with 3-4 rooms (I didn't count, my friend and I got 2 of them), common space for breakfast, a terrace, and a reception. The welcoming tea and small Moroccan tea biscuits were amazing. They have a small kitchen at front where they make bread and food by themselves. The bread was warm and delicious. Great coffee and omelette at breakfast. Also very accommodating to prepare us food half an hour earlier as we had to catch an early bus back to Marrakech... A big thank you to all the staff in this place - they're all extremely friendly. Comfy beds. My room has a big bath that I enjoyed a lot. Strong water pressure and smooth drainage while shower. Quiet location in old town with easy access to everywhere in Essaouira. Beautiful terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sunrise view.

Hands down one of the loveliest, pint-sized riads where we stayed in the Essaouira area. A good number of the places to hang your hat near Essaouira are owned and run by haughty French colonials and we’ve been very disappointed over and over again about how poorly and disrespectfully many of these proprietors treat their Moroccan staff. This was definitely NOT the case here, we are happy to say! It felt like one big family. Daniel the proprietor is an absolute doll. An utterly charming and genuinely a good egg. Kudos all around! Be sure to go for the delicious seafood dinner while you’re here. We will be back and bring our friends and fam!

We loved our stay here. The Riad is run by Simo and his siblings. It is the house they grew up in and has a real authentic feel. The house is also filled with their amazing handmade art. Simo speaks excellent english and is very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the medina. The view from the roof is spectactular. Highly recommend staying here
