Modern, good designed and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but very cosy, comfortable bed, good wifi connection. Amazing Breakfast. Parking available. Great location - very center of the city.

The location is excellent for basing your stay around Skanderbeg Square. The staff was always friendly and very helpful with local information. They recommended the Golosa restaurant which was fantastic. The staff took the time to write down any information I asked for. I would certainly recommend staying here and would love to come again.

I liked how smooth check in was. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. . The breakfast was very tasty and balanced. The staff are very professional and nice. Communicating with the staff before I arrived was very efficient and their airport shuttle service worked perfectly.

A very good room and a very comfy bed; The staff at the reception was very helpful, they really did their best to provide me a room as soon as possible, so I got an early check-in. The SPA was fantastic, I had a package of hammam+ foam massage + 80 mins classical massage - it was soooo great!!!

The ambiance, the aesthetics, the cleanliness, the accommodating, friendly and welcoming staff and the location. Klajdi ordered me a pizza when I was tired and hungry after exploring the city (it was great and huge!) and Altin made me two delicious cappuccinos the next morning before I had to depart. He also printed my bus tickets!
