Great location in centre of town near bars and restaurants but quiet. Didn't hear market setting up under our window on Friday morning Breakfast was wonderful!

From the very first polite phone call asking how late we would arrive, to the tour on arrival, the booking for dinner and the room was all perfect. A very well run family hotel and the receptionist was great. We can’t fault it.

The location was great and an easy walk from the tram station. The garden was beautiful to sit in on the wrought iron garden setting.

The breakfast is very good and rich, the place is close to the tram taking us to De Panne in 5-10 mins and the inner garden is very beautiful. The owner is very kind, but be aware that he likes punctuality (so on the arrival date, he won't receive you one minute earlier or later than the announced interval 16h-19h).
