The room is big and very well isolated. You couln't almost hear anything from the street or other rooms. The bed is very very comfortable and the staff is friendly. Also, we had free coffee from a coffee machine in the hotel hall. Bilbao is just 30 min away by metro.

It's such a beautiful building, close to bars, shops and restaurants. It's also very near to the port of Bilbao and they allow dogs. We had a great stay there. There was also private parking

Everything was perfect, from Olatz the reception lady, extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating the whole time with everything i needed, the breakfast was fantastic, tasteful and all explained very well where the product came from. Great chic modern hotel with everything you might need. We enjoyed self service trust type bar (pour it yourself + write down what you had) in the beautiful lobby after our baby fell asleep in the room - was perfect! Location was even better than expected.

Everything, it is a beautiful place with good food and extraordinar people.Te rooms where very clean and beautiful.In the morning we eat home made omllete with tomatos salad, it was the best tomato salad ever.We recomand to go there to se the beauty of the mountains and people.
